“To whom it may concern, Today I had the pleasure of meeting an "Outstanding," gentleman named Jordan from Gerber Collision & Glass, of Lake Elsinore Ca. This young man was a "Great Big Heart Individual." in every sense of the word. While I was ordering my lunch at Subway I was in a conversation with the manager as she was preparing my lunch, and a young man came in to pickup his phone order. When I finally got to the register to pay for my lunch the young gentleman had already paid for my lunch, held the door for me and stated "Thank you for you Service!" and the lunch was on him to my surprise. This world need more young men like Jordan who is striving to be all that he could be. “Was rear ended and this body shop was recommended by my insurance company. Would give them 10 stars if I could. Though it wasn't their fault (due to the supply chain issues), the parts took longer than anticipated but I was notified of the delay at least once a week. Both Tania and Dennis were great to work with and if (hopefully not) I am ever in an accident, this is the auto body shop I will contact. I will also be recommending them to family and friends, and strangers who need auto body work too.”
