After waiting for him to patiently walk someone through setting up 2-factor authentication over the phone, I was advised to purchase new cable instead. $10 later, everything works fine.This guy is integrity all the way down.Could you go to a national chain and, depending upon the model, maybe get it done for slightly less? Sure. But in my experience, Tech Heroes let Ben Franklin walk out the door because it was the right thing to do. I plan to go back and will advise friends and family to do the same.”

“Zach was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process of diagnosing the issue with my 5 year old phone (it no longer supported 4G/5G). At the time, Samsung was just about to begin the Pre-ordering phase of their new s24, so because of the odd situation, he even offered me a loaner phone for a few weeks while I decided what to do. Thanks to his assistance and patience, I was very happy with my decision to get the new s24 during their Pre-order phase, rather than purchase an older phone or buy a loaner phone for a few weeks elsewhere. “Bought a phone at Best Buy. After purchasing, the dude at BB said that they can't activate it. I had to go to T-Mobile store. Took phone in, and the person (sorry, I only remember it started with a K) was very helpful. Even though he didn't sell us the phone. Gave us options and advice. Probably the easiest phone upgrade ever in the 20+ years of being a Sprint/T-Mobile customer. The only thing that could have made the experience better is if they could somehow match the price from BB, or even come closer than they had, or without the sleight-of-hand where you trade in your phone, but it's not a price reduction, it's more of a credit over time.”

“I was with Tracfone for over a decade but something went wrong recently. My phone suddenly stopped working, and I spent hours online with their tech support department, and they gave me the run around, cut me off, and locked up my phone even though my bill was paid. I gave up after five hours and the next day went to Cricket to get a new phone, the whole ordeal with the Clerk trying to get the transfer pin from Trac to get my new service activated with Cricket took 4 hours, and Trac jerked the clerk around. The clerk was there for me the whole time, and got my new service hooked up, activated, a new phone and plan, and no data was lost. Plus, this phone is much faster and has much more features and data space. I appreciate the good service and wish they have a brick and mortar store at a downtown State St. location as well.”

“We were referred to this location from the Monona store. Thank God! Monona store is terrible. We needed to replace a broken cell phone and talk about bill adjustments, trade in, service, etc. Our salesperson Taylor was over the top fantastic!She spent as much time as we needed. Figured out which scenario worked best for us! Explained how the new Verizon home Internet works and where it works. Not in Madison yet! She was great! Saved us money on future bills and got us some credits on services that we were still paying on that the Monona Location said they had taken care of! Awesome service!I cannot recommend this location any higher!”
