absolutely horrible customer service and can never solve a problem and seems to always try to get as much problem as poss

I have a business account and they are EXTREMELY RUDE!!! They do not do value customers or there needs. I called the Us Cellular on East Washington Ave and Patrick was amazingly helpful!!! He got me connected to the right individuals and they also were very helpful.
