“If you want the Best... take your vehicle to Roman's Body Shop...they have repaired 3 of our vehicles with the most recent accident involving a hit and run by a Semi Truck that plowed into the rear end of our SUV. The rear end was totally destroyed and Thanks to Roman's.... they restored it to brand new!!! I wouldn't even consider using another body shop even if they offered an incentive. Roman's Body shop in my opinion is more than a 5 star shop!!!”
“Had a breakdown while coming home from NC, dead battery. Had car towed to the Ruther Glen, VA store where they replaced it. Came to find out they sold me the wrong battery for a car with the stop/start feature. Went to my local store, Inwood WV, they could not have been more helpful. Switched it for the correct battery, checked the alternator and got me on my way quickly. Highly recommend the Inwood store!”

“This is a first class business in every respect, quality of work, facility and personnel.
My 2015 Corolla looked so good I was not sure it was mine. The repair work, replacing body parts damaged in a collision was superb. Could not tell it from the day it was new. All seams well aligned and closed, color matched perfectly etc. The car had been washed on the outside and the inside had been vacuumed and all the upholstery, windows and floor cleaned!
Furthermore their facility is very nice, first class, large, clean front area well appointed with nice furniture, front desk and other desks. They have several displays of their work there and take it from me their actual work is just as good.

“I’m not sure who everybody saw at the shop to leave such horrible reviews but I’ve had different services done with them over the years and they’ve always done great work. I would advice everyone to see Rod at the shop because he’ll get it done and done right. He’s put in stereos, back up cameras and new rear view mirrors in my vehicles.
