“The gentleman who runs this place is 100% honest, knowledgeable, and extremely experienced. I've had him service my vehicle twice, and each time, I've learned something beneficial. I waited for my vehicle today for a service and also a possible tire plug. What I experienced was a gentleman who was extremely well versed in vehicles, extremely customer oriented and flexible with his hours in accommodating his customers, AND HE TAKES TIME TO EDUCATE YOU!! He showed me something concerning, but done by the dealership from a previous service ( new vehicle, so maintenance is done by dealership(s) ?). The oil needed changing, and with no time to take it to one, "FOX AUTOMOTIVE" saved the day and informed me of damage that I wouldn't have been made aware of! Obviously, the dealership had no plans of telling me that they over tightened (SIGNIFICANTLY) a pretty important bolt. I feel this, coupled with actually over-inflated tires, he said to always look at the door panel for the correct PSI. After all this, he finished my vehicle in record time, under 40 minutes. Keep in mind, he's still answering the phone, waiting on customers.... He didn't have to do any of that. He is certified, and he DOES report maintenance to (Carfax, I think ?), so it will always show your updates on maintenance, etc.IF YOU HAVE NEVER BEEN HERE BEFORE, YOU MUST COME CHECK THEM OUT!!!P.S: It's the holidays, folks. Have peace of mind, with your family's safety, long-distance travels, surely no one wants to deal with the headaches of car trouble(s). Seriously, set up something soon with Fox Automotive.
