“CMA’S Toyota of Martinsburg, WV had the exact truck we were looking for. We purchased a Toyota Tundra 4x4 1794 Edition, Crewmax in Smoked Mesquite. When sunlight hits the paint it sparkles. The staff at the dealership made our purchase very easy and very relaxed. Our salesman was Rudy who was totally awesome. He is pictured standing by our new truck. We really recommend asking for him. He was very knowledgeable and was patient with us, explained everything so well and even mentioned things we had not thought of. He drove us home so we could bring 1 of 2 older vehicles back we were trading. There was no pressure only a desire to see us with the vehicle that was the right fit for us.Jonathan, sales manager worked with us to give us a fair price for our trades and the price on the truck. Again no pressure and very nice.We again had no pressure from Garland, finance manager who explained about extended warranties and other options available prior to finalizing the sale. He also was extremely knowledgeable, very nice and again patient in answering questions.The one word that was mentioned a lot by Rudy, Jonathan and Garland was they wanted to be completely “transparent” and they were - 100%.”

“It’s been about a month since I’ve had my 40k service done on my 2020 Audi S3 from Vagwerks and I cannot recommend these guys enough! Not only do they show professionalism but also made it so much easier by ordering the exact parts I needed and getting me scheduled in great time! “Everyone is nice and trys to help. Found one issue with one employee. Explained to him he gave me wrong part for my car and Mechanic had to send for new one. I suggested he ask if 2wd or 4wd next time. He seemed annoyed and said well you should own a Toyota and wouldn't have that problem. He is young and I will forgive his adolescent.”

I had to wait until my daughter got home. But when down to get it. And the service person was polite. I didn't have it for a month and some thing went wrong with it. “If you want the Best... take your vehicle to Roman's Body Shop...they have repaired 3 of our vehicles with the most recent accident involving a hit and run by a Semi Truck that plowed into the rear end of our SUV. The rear end was totally destroyed and Thanks to Roman's.... they restored it to brand new!!! I wouldn't even consider using another body shop even if they offered an incentive. Roman's Body shop in my opinion is more than a 5 star shop!!!”
