“CMA’S Toyota of Martinsburg, WV had the exact truck we were looking for. We purchased a Toyota Tundra 4x4 1794 Edition, Crewmax in Smoked Mesquite. When sunlight hits the paint it sparkles. The staff at the dealership made our purchase very easy and very relaxed. Our salesman was Rudy who was totally awesome. He is pictured standing by our new truck. We really recommend asking for him. He was very knowledgeable and was patient with us, explained everything so well and even mentioned things we had not thought of. He drove us home so we could bring 1 of 2 older vehicles back we were trading. There was no pressure only a desire to see us with the vehicle that was the right fit for us.Jonathan, sales manager worked with us to give us a fair price for our trades and the price on the truck. Again no pressure and very nice.We again had no pressure from Garland, finance manager who explained about extended warranties and other options available prior to finalizing the sale. He also was extremely knowledgeable, very nice and again patient in answering questions.The one word that was mentioned a lot by Rudy, Jonathan and Garland was they wanted to be completely “transparent” and they were - 100%.”

“I called Buettner's because the "low tire pressure' alert light was on my dash. I had tried to correct it myself by checking the tire pressure and adding air to the tires, but the alert was still on the dash. They said to swing by at my convenience... no appointment necessary. They would check the tire pressure and if there was a problem, we would go from there. They checked the tire pressure and adjusted it correctly. They then took it for a drive because they said it would need to be driven about 3 miles to reset, and there was no charge!! I couldn't be more happy with their service and their help and their kindness.”

“My sisters 2005 Tucson needed some exhaust work to repair/replace a hole in a small flex pipe, she had been quoted an unbelievable high estimate. After Brian had the car on the lift, he show us the problem and explained what needed to be fixed to stop the exhaust noise. He only needed to replace the flex pipe, not including a whole new exhaust. Saved my sister $700 plus. It was a great experience meeting a nice couple like Brian and his wife.
