“The gentleman who runs this place is 100% honest, knowledgeable, and extremely experienced. I've had him service my vehicle twice, and each time, I've learned something beneficial. I waited for my vehicle today for a service and also a possible tire plug. What I experienced was a gentleman who was extremely well versed in vehicles, extremely customer oriented and flexible with his hours in accommodating his customers, AND HE TAKES TIME TO EDUCATE YOU!! He showed me something concerning, but done by the dealership from a previous service ( new vehicle, so maintenance is done by dealership(s) ?). The oil needed changing, and with no time to take it to one, "FOX AUTOMOTIVE" saved the day and informed me of damage that I wouldn't have been made aware of! Obviously, the dealership had no plans of telling me that they over tightened (SIGNIFICANTLY) a pretty important bolt. I feel this, coupled with actually over-inflated tires, he said to always look at the door panel for the correct PSI. After all this, he finished my vehicle in record time, under 40 minutes. Keep in mind, he's still answering the phone, waiting on customers.... He didn't have to do any of that. He is certified, and he DOES report maintenance to (Carfax, I think ?), so it will always show your updates on maintenance, etc.IF YOU HAVE NEVER BEEN HERE BEFORE, YOU MUST COME CHECK THEM OUT!!!P.S: It's the holidays, folks. Have peace of mind, with your family's safety, long-distance travels, surely no one wants to deal with the headaches of car trouble(s). Seriously, set up something soon with Fox Automotive. I was in and out, right away. Stay safe, and Happy Holidays!”

It was easy to select my vehicle through CMA's website, value my trade, apply for financing, then select any add-ons or service packages desired. After this, I had two brief phone conversations with Jeff Garber who was EXCELLENT to deal with. I told him what I wanted to be thrown into the deal in order for it to happen. Jeff advocated on my behalf and got me the deal that I wanted. Again, I hadn't even stepped foot in the showroom! I went into the showroom at a scheduled time, completed my paperwork, and drove off the lot in the car I wanted, with the extras I wanted, in 25 minutes! No hassle, no surprises! I will definitely return to CMA's Hyundai of Winchester for any future vehicle purchases.”

“The staff at this advance auto and also the valley Ave location are awesome! I had to check in and possibly switch out my cars battery. My husband called and spoke with Brandy to ask if they had what I needed. She was super knowledgeable and nice. At the store I spoke with Tim and then Mike, the. asst store manager for here and the valley ave location. Tim was employee in training so Brandy and Mike gave him directions as needed. Tim and Mike checked battery to be sure I needed a new one and then replaced it while I waited.All the staff were excellent, showed team work, smiled, and had positive and helpful attitudes. Car was done quickly, looks great. Icing on the cake - because I’ve been busy running like crazy, my car looked like a tornado hit it - I got it back and was nicely surprised by a clean car! Despite a less than fun reason for being there, they made the experience with them really easy and painless.”
