“Called these guys pretty upset after being treated horribly elsewhere and I will never regret it! Not only was I treated with respect and empathy over the phone, they were also able to schedule me a week out. I advised him of the noises coming from what I thought was the front driver's side wheel bearings of my class C RV and that I was worried one broke but I was parked and secure. He advised me up front of the different possibilities of time frames based on possible issues and of his hourly rate. Appointment day came and him and his guys were just as respectful and courteous in person. Turns out the inner back wheelwas flat and rubbing on its outer wheel. One hour later and a replacement tire and I've been fine ever since. As a single widow with PTSD it is absolutely imperative I feel safe, comfortable and not taken advantage of and these guys checked all boxes. Definitely using them for all future needs and would highly recommend. 10 stars.Service: Tires”

“The gentleman who runs this place is 100% honest, knowledgeable, and extremely experienced. I've had him service my vehicle twice, and each time, I've learned something beneficial. I waited for my vehicle today for a service and also a possible tire plug. What I experienced was a gentleman who was extremely well versed in vehicles, extremely customer oriented and flexible with his hours in accommodating his customers, AND HE TAKES TIME TO EDUCATE YOU!! He showed me something concerning, but done by the dealership from a previous service ( new vehicle, so maintenance is done by dealership(s) ?). The oil needed changing, and with no time to take it to one, "FOX AUTOMOTIVE" saved the day and informed me of damage that I wouldn't have been made aware of! Obviously, the dealership had no plans of telling me that they over tightened (SIGNIFICANTLY) a pretty important bolt. I feel this, coupled with actually over-inflated tires, he said to always look at the door panel for the correct PSI. After all this, he finished my vehicle in record time, under 40 minutes. Keep in mind, he's still answering the phone, waiting on customers.... He didn't have to do any of that. He is certified, and he DOES report maintenance to (Carfax, I think ?), so it will always show your updates on maintenance, etc.IF YOU HAVE NEVER BEEN HERE BEFORE, YOU MUST COME CHECK THEM OUT!!!P.S: It's the holidays, folks. Have peace of mind, with your family's safety, long-distance travels, surely no one wants to deal with the headaches of car trouble(s). Seriously, set up something soon with Fox Automotive. “From scheduling my appointment to the day of, Auto Impressions was very helpful. I went in thinking that I was going to pay some big bucks to replace both O2 sensors, was told I needed to by Valvoline….once I arrived to have my vehicle serviced, it was recommended to have a diagnostic test done to be sure that was the issue. Turns out, the filter was installed backwards from a previous visit to another auto shop earlier this year, and Valvoline missed that twice. So grateful I took my car to Auto Impressions!! I would have spent unnecessary money for a problem that didn’t exist!! Will definitely be getting my car serviced from here on out!!”
