“Exceptional service. Took my daughter's car down for possible wheel bearing going bad. On this particular car, it wasn't a "unbolt and swap out" operation. The bearings had to be pressed in. Big Daddy didn't perform this particular repair so they sent it to another shop. They got the parts back, installed them and called me to pick up the car. When I got there, the mechanic (owner?) advised me that he had taken it for a test drive and wasn't happy with the job the other shop had done. Something didn't feel right. Asked to keep the car and check it again. Turned out the other shop had messed up pressing the bearings. They got it fixed right and no extra charge to me. Price was already very reasonable.... That's good service and taking pride in your work.”
