“I had an unexpectedly great experience at this shop. I walked in without an appointment, hoping to get my car's alignment checked, and the staff were immediately welcoming. They were super friendly and got to work on my car right away. Unlike my last shop visit, which was a nightmare, this place was a total breeze. They fixed the alignment quickly and at a fair price, with no complications. My car's been running smoothly since. I'm really impressed with their service and definitely recommend them. “I Nomally don't do alot of reviews when it comes to auto mechanic shops because I normally do my own repairs, however my work schedule didn't allow me to do the lengthy diagnostics to find out why my vehicle stopped while driving, I didn't have time to try and find an honest shop in Vancouver since I work in Portland but I settled on NW imports and Domestics. and had my vehicle towed there. got a call back later on that day and was informed that the cooling fan needed to be replaced, the second call I received they informed me that they had ordered the wrong cooling fan and had to reorder the correct one and I would also need a module and a fuse. what confused me was the pricing went from $540 to $666 and change. I know it doesn't take 2 hour's to remove and install a cooling fan and a module and didn't understand why the cost was so high. when I went to pick up the vehicle I was taken back by the fact I was charged $107 for a $25 module $190 for a cooling fan which at the most should have only been $110 and the labor cost at $154 per hour I thought was high I was informed that that place they ordered the parts from were the only ones that had that particular part. Now to be fare they did give me a small veteran's discount of a little over$20, and on day 2 the vehicle hasn't stopped on me again so I believe the problem so far is fixed. So to sum it all up, they know thier way around when it comes to repairs. If your on a budget you probably need to shop around for a less expensive repair shop but if money is not a big issue then I would recommend NW Imports and Domestics they will do a good job on your vehicle repairs. So I give them 4 out of five stars as my honest review.”

“Went in because my dumb ass overfilled the oil in a car I've recently acquired-by about 3 quarts! So, I needed it to be drained back out and so I called Gaynor's. They were a tad pricier than I'd have thought it would cost to just drain extra oil but they were SUPER professional, fairly quick and the best part is that they DID NOT attempt to upsell me or bullshit me in any way! That's a huge deal for single women that particularly get preyed upon on the auto fixing industry. Thank you For the honesty and overall great experience.”

“I brought my project to review with Casey at Punk's in December and returned in January for completion. He had to modify an aftermarket cat-back to fit up to custom cats we were keeping on the car and get the whole dual muffler system tucked into a very limited area. Great work on the project. The actual job took no more than 3 hours and the price was more than fair. Very happy to recommend this shop!”

“I was sent to Caliber Collision for repair by USAA. Kudos to USAA, it only took one phone call. After getting an estimate, I was able to schedule the repair within a week. All the claim paperwork was taken care of when I drop off the car. The progress of the repair was updated 2 or 3 times and the job was finished two day ahead of schedule. All I have to do was to sign my name when I pick up the car. Your car rental can be picked up and drop off at the shop, it make sure a rental authorization is obtained from the insurance company ahead of time so a car is available.”

“Can't say enough about the service Chris and Mark provided. I had a trailer brake fire on my way to Washington on my 2 axle bumper pull and had to pull off on exit 4. A very nice gentleman that knows Mark stopped to help me, and we ended up towing it on 1 axle to Mark's shop. This was the Sunday before labor day, when noone was open, and he still opened the gates to let me park it there. By Thursday of that week, he had replaced the wheel assemblies and axle (because the castle nut fused to the threads a new axle was needed...) He also regreased the front wheels to avoid the situation happening again because at my previous service appointment somewhere else, they did not grease it properly. I would have been truly stranded if it wasn't for Mark and team. Thank you!”
