“Incredible honesty and quality and speed. Had a successful repair in Nov 2022 with a pleasant experience that impressed then. Then the same car had similar trouble 14 months later (earlier this month) so I took it back in. Turns out it was a part failure from the Nov 2022 repair. My Auto Works identified the issue as a warranty issue and repaired it straight away, and we didn't pay a dime. It was incredible service and truthful for what the issue was. They took it upon themselves to work out the finances with the part manufacturer rather than with me. Kudos to them!”
