Even though our rig is older, they had the necessary parts or were able to adjust. Their experience with other older rvs really came in handy. “I can't say enough good things about this small shop with a big heart. I am one of the recently displaced residents of the Portland downtown arson so I thought that I would think outside of the box on a place to call home while the investigation and my insurance took their time to come up with some answers. So I was given an extremely great deal on an on an older RV. Yes it is a 1980 and while in great shape on the inside and out it is dated. So when the water pump on the engine went out I didn't think it would be a big deal to get it fixed, I mean the engine only has 50k, but boy was I in for a surprise. I broke down in Woodland WA and called every shop within a 40 mile radius and was given quick dismissals or no response at all. Simply stating that they did not work on RV,s that old under any circumstances. From what I have learned it's because most of them are not well taken care of, which was not the case with mine. I'll be sure to include some photos later. With nobody to take RV to my tow truck driver said that he knew a place that did some specialized work on some more difficult situations. So without even being able to speak to someone first he drops my RV, at night mind you, in the front of Down River Auto and I just left a message on their machine and crossed my fingers. Now not only have they been hard at work on my RV they have been working with me to keep the cost down because of fire situation. I have not been asked to leave this review and to be honest I am not sure if they even need more business. However I feel it's important to let people know how wonderful they have been. “My plastic noise blade under my car came very loose. We just were coming home from Tacoma. Stopped at Safeway to take a look under the car and realized we could not travel any further before having someone reatch it or take it off. I called and they said they would look at it. The guy up front was super nice. They attached my plastic piece in 10 minutes. Then they said there was no charge. I could not believe how great this shop was.”
“Ordered a nameless exhaust for my 2019 Subaru Legacy 2.5i base. Got a message it was being BUILT (to order, how cool?) I got it at 5:30 on a Tuesday. It was installed by 6:30 the same day. I didn’t even Jack the car up.This exhaust is MEAN. It’s not too loud or droning, and makes the whole feel of the car different. In a great way.Can’t thank you all enough. You rock.
