“Got a nail in my tire and needed to patch it up ASAP. I called 5 other places before I found Angel’s tires, nobody had any availability within a week (absolutely ridiculous!). I dropped off my car and went to get some cash, by the time I returned (10 minutes tops!) the job was already done! They did a great job, seemed like great positive people, and didn’t overcharge! I will definitely be back for any future tire issues.P.S. Support small businesses and pay cash when you can!!”

“Found these guys by accident and necessity. Had a car shipped up from out of state and got off the truck completely disabled despite having every part replaced by various mechanics in the state it came from before being shipped. Had a couple mobile mechanics in Seattle come but it kept breaking down. Finally just got my car towed to the nearest place and I'm glad it was Ace! They send photos of everything that's wrong, and rank it from how urgent it is. They really put their all into their work and are sooo friendly.I called into one other two places before Ace and was met with rude customer service so it is nice to have mechanics that don't talk down to you or try to upsell you just because you're a woman which is the experience im used to. I 100% love these guys at Ace.”

“Changing my review because I left a bad one out of spite while having what is a terrivle day.Very good place to get your tires changed and wheels done. My z4 has some speciality roll flats that needed swapped out and they have such a wide variety of tires they even had mine.Not only do they stop at wheels they do all manitowoc of work related to the wheels such as break changed. Both OEM and entire kits provided you have the correct parts.I suggest anyone with a set of wheels ( from performance to daily driving) come here”

I needed a pre-purchase inspection done and since I was out of town, Arrows Automotive were the only ones willing to pickup/dropoff the vehicle for me from the nearby dealership. They were friendly and helpful, thorough with the inspection, and called me to go over the results on the phone. They didn't try to upsell me on anything. Reasonable price and they were able to schedule me on quite short notice too. I would definitely go to them again and recommend them.”

“Yeah I stopped by this place today to see if someone would help me disconnect my headlight assembly from the main wiring harness. I unbolted the right side assembly OK but I've been struggling for three days looking on YouTube for hints on how to unsnap the electrical connection with no luck. These things are tricky! I just went up to the front desk and explained my predicament to a guy named Javier. He stopped what he was doing and he and the other mechanic on duty came out to my van and with a small tool and with some finesse unlocked the connection. Javier let me park in the lot while I unbolted the assembly on the other side. Then he came back out and after some finagling, unsnapped the connection on that side. Afterwards, I offered him twenty bucks for his effort and when it looked like he wasn't going to accept it I insisted. I'm an old man and I used to work on cars a lot before they became computerized but I can still spot a sharp mechanic - and a generous one too. Javier and One Stop are my new shop.- Robin Hood”

“This entire team was so helpful, thoughtful, and caring towards me when I took a recently purchased vehicle in to be inspected. Unfortunately it turned out to be a complete junker but if they had not run the in depth diagnostic tests included in their inspection package I never would have known. They took the time to walk me through each major issue with the vehicle (and there were MANY) Fortunately, I was able to use the detailed information from their digital report to arrange to return the car to the seller for some of my money back so there was tremendous value in that. “A sudden blowout on our 5th wheel left us disabled on I 5 just south of downtown Seattle, two hours into our 5 day vacation. Luckily we were able to pull to where an on ramp merged, so we were not obstructing traffic and we had room to change the tire safely. The problem was the Lugnuts were too tight for my husband to remove. Luckily, he called industrial tire service. It wasn't long before they arrived and had the tire replaced. We were amazed that they only charged $50. Unbelievable. There are not enough stars to award this business, their service quality value promptness our satisfaction we can recommend them so highly please pass the word.”

“Had a flat tire. Took it to another shop with great reviews and was told my tire wasn't fixable and I needed to buy 4 new tires for almost 1k even though my car had less than 10k miles on it. I took my tire to Tire House for a second opinion and not only did they test my tire and say it was completely fixable, but they said if I had needed a new tire, they absolutely could have ordered just 1 since my other tires didn't have a ton of miles on them. Best part is it cost me less than $30. I have been telling everyone I know to go to Tire House if they have tire issues.”

“I brought my 2007 mazda 3 in after having issues with another mechanic who kept replacing my master cylinder 4 times, but never took the time to really test it. I took my car to South Park Tire Factory to look into it they replaced the master cylinder and the booster, but after recieving it, I had dragging issues again with the break. Since they are so busy, it took a week before I could get it back in to them. I asked them for this 2nd time aroud to please go through every part, and to drive it all day if they had to, and they took my request seriously, and did exactly just that. One of their mechanics went piece by piece discovered the issue was the pipe fitting of the master cylinder. They are always kind and easy to talk to, and even gave me a ride back to my place after dealing with my car overheating a different time. I knocked off a star becuase it takes a week before I can get it into the shop, and then it takes another week to have it fixed. I would have thought that after I brought it in the 2nd time for the same issue, they could have made it more of a priority due to my frustration of not being able to figure out the issue the first time, and having issues with a different mechanic. This will definitely be my go to my place from now on!”

Most folks working there don''t speak good English. Shop is dark and a bit of a mess. If you can look past all of that, I think they will take good care of you. “After the third time in the last month going to Les Schwab to fix a slow leak in my tire, and them not having time for me, I decided I needed to find another place nearby to get er done. I saw this place had good reviews, and took a leap of faith, and brought my car here. They fixed it within 20 mins, but also warned me that the tires were very low on tread, which I'd also noticed. I appreciate that they didn't do what Les Schwab does, which is to refuse to fix a flat tire on a tire with low tread. We talked about different options for tires. They could do the high-end, name brand tires for around $1,000, comparable to Les Schwab prices. But I appreciated that they offered two budget-friendly lesser-known brands. Since I'm in a financial crunch at the moment, I opted for the least expensive option. I was happy when she said they could get it done the next day. Brought the car in the next day, and they got it done. Sooo, for $550, and a very quick turnaround, I got four brand new tires. That's about half of what I would have paid at Les Schwab. Even if the tires last a couple of years, it'll be worth it. Really happy all around.”

“Les Schwab has been my go-to place for tire repair for 20 years. The rule in our house is if you get a flat, take it to Les Schwab. I just showed up again this week with a flat. They repaired it quickly and did it all completely for free. They've never pushed me to buy tires that I didn't need, and have always treated me fairly. So when it comes to buy tires, I also always buy from them, even if I could save a few bucks somewhere else. The staff communicate well and take their job seriously. It's a Ballard institution. Highly recommend.”

I recently had my timing belt changed and waited a couple of months to write a review. Their mechanic, Freddy, did an awesome job. No problems yet related to the service he provided. “I needed to have my crankshaft position sensor replaced. They had my part in the shop and was able to fit me in the very next day. I received the best customer service and the lowest price. Another shop wanted to charge me an expensive amount just to do a diagnostic and this and that, but he saved me over $400! Very honest and courteous service. Fin the owner is very respectful and won't talk down or try to upsell you. I finally found the shop I've been looking for!”
