You can tell they know and love Eurovans so they are familiar with all the typical problems and have lots of experience in servicing them.Our last service was in early July 2023. They replaced the engine/transmission mounts (highly recommended) , lifted the sagging front suspension and installed a new set of tires. And, they got it all done before our deadline (thanks Eric!). We've done some long trips since then, including towing a boat half way up Vancouver Island and driving through the 103 degree heat in Bend, OR. The van has run flawlessly. It is much quieter with the new Kuhmo tires and that extra inch and half of lift to the front suspension has made a notable improvement to the view looking out the front windshield.I highly recommend Eastside Autoworks.”

“The technicians are all friendly and you do not get a hard upsell to add services when you bring your car infor a specific item, like an oil change. They are generally a bit faster than the time that they quote you for service and the waiting area is nice. They even have a quiet area upstairs where you can work and take phone calls. So why the four stars? They recently started a policy where they add 3% for credit card payments. This is an incredibly cheap and short-sighted policy. Like a lot of customers, I bought my Infiniti from this dealership. And like a lot of customers, I am not happy with the purchase or the experience at this dealership. The saving grace for owning this miserable car is the service experience has been generally really good. But this leaves a sour taste in my mouth every time I come here. Sometimes, it is a noticeable sum -- other times, like the last time, it was less than $5. It's just another way to stick it to the customer. And another reason why I will never buy another Infiniti.”

In recent years, I've not only purchased new tires but also invested in the warranty, which has come in handy for replacing one or two tires. The benefit of complimentary tire rotation is also noteworthy, a service for which dealerships usually charge. This particular Discount Tire location stands out for its exemplary service, consistently going the extra mile. The free tire pressure check is a cherry on top. I find giving a $2 tip to the staff more rewarding than paying a gas station for the same service having to do it myself.”

“Interesting to see such mixed reviews. I'll admit to not even knowing about this location since we moved here in 2017, but given a recent flat tire and the general, long standing desire to upgrade from the garbage stock tires, we went here instead of the usual Discount Tire close by. Service was outstanding both over the phone and in person. Prices weren't the cheapest in town, but I thought they were okay, and I'm attaching a snapshot of the bill for you to pass your own judgement on that front.”

They seem to be slightly more expensive than other "fast shops" but the quality of work hasn't sent me packing.
