“This entire team was so helpful, thoughtful, and caring towards me when I took a recently purchased vehicle in to be inspected. Unfortunately it turned out to be a complete junker but if they had not run the in depth diagnostic tests included in their inspection package I never would have known. They took the time to walk me through each major issue with the vehicle (and there were MANY) Fortunately, I was able to use the detailed information from their digital report to arrange to return the car to the seller for some of my money back so there was tremendous value in that. “My car stoped in the middle of the road on Sunday and I was lucky enough to have some good people help me push my car to the side and jump start it for me. We suspected that the battery cables were loose, and they helped me tighten it up to get it moving again. However I couldn’t find a mechanic on Sunday until I found this place. Salmon’s service center helped me out immediately even though I didn’t make any appointments before I walked in. I highly recommend this place, they charged me reasonably and took care of my car in timely manner. Very nice place, I will definitely come back for my future car fixes. “We were headed on our way back home to Vancouver, Canada after a weekend in Seattle, when all of a sudden our car wouldn’t turn on at our hotel. After a jump start, we were finally able to get on the road, but our check engine lights were going off and to our surprise we also noticed our gas had been siphoned from our car, while it was parked at the hotel for the weekend. In complete shock and utter panic, we found Grease Monkey online which was the only mechanic shop open in the Seattle area on a Sunday. As two young females traveling from Canada, with zero knowledge about cars, we were very anxious about going to a mechanic shop in a city/country that we’d never been to. The second we got to the shop, we were met with such kindness, patience and felt beyond safe and comfortable throughout the entire experience. We simply cannot rave enough about this place - these guys were absolutely incredible! We recieved efficient and seamless service. Without these guys, we aren’t sure we would have made it back home and honestly don’t know what we would have done without them. This place is an absolute gem - thank you guys for fixing up our car and helping us get back home safe!”

“I brought my 2007 mazda 3 in after having issues with another mechanic who kept replacing my master cylinder 4 times, but never took the time to really test it. I took my car to South Park Tire Factory to look into it they replaced the master cylinder and the booster, but after recieving it, I had dragging issues again with the break. Since they are so busy, it took a week before I could get it back in to them. I asked them for this 2nd time aroud to please go through every part, and to drive it all day if they had to, and they took my request seriously, and did exactly just that. One of their mechanics went piece by piece discovered the issue was the pipe fitting of the master cylinder. They are always kind and easy to talk to, and even gave me a ride back to my place after dealing with my car overheating a different time. I knocked off a star becuase it takes a week before I can get it into the shop, and then it takes another week to have it fixed. I would have thought that after I brought it in the 2nd time for the same issue, they could have made it more of a priority due to my frustration of not being able to figure out the issue the first time, and having issues with a different mechanic. This will definitely be my go to my place from now on!”

“I had a really positive experience with Precision motorworks on my Audi. They diagnosed my intermittent heater issue and was able to repair it temporarily (loose gear) and provided more information on a long term fix if the issue returns. Also got some routine maintenance done. Very fair parts and labor rates. They are super busy which is a great sign but was able to schedule me in later in the week. I worked with a few different people but everyone was really knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Would come back for future issues and maintenance. Thank you!”

They did a thorough inspection and explained very clearly everything they recommended and the pricing. “This Jiffy Lube change their policy, you need to get out of your car and stay in the office. They need a coffee station and need to crank up the heat - its wintertime - if we are to leave our cars. The employees were very, very nice and helpful. Employees were professional, patient and thoughtful - even though they were 1/2 crew short (that would be naturally stressful). The employees agree a coffee station would be awesome. Those are the perks to ensure you have a full crew and half just don't bone out on their shift. I've used other Jiffy Lubes, like in Bellevue, and they let you stay in your car. I'll give West Seattle Jiffy Lube another try (I like the employees) in 3 months and see what's what. No coffee and the office (an empty room with some chairs) is still uncomfy, then management is basically asking us to go elsewhere with our business without actually saying it.”

“Found these guys by accident and necessity. Had a car shipped up from out of state and got off the truck completely disabled despite having every part replaced by various mechanics in the state it came from before being shipped. Had a couple mobile mechanics in Seattle come but it kept breaking down. Finally just got my car towed to the nearest place and I'm glad it was Ace! They send photos of everything that's wrong, and rank it from how urgent it is. They really put their all into their work and are sooo friendly.I called into one other two places before Ace and was met with rude customer service so it is nice to have mechanics that don't talk down to you or try to upsell you just because you're a woman which is the experience im used to. I 100% love these guys at Ace.”
