“I'll start by saying this business has earned life-long customers from both me and my girlfriend, absolutely stellar employees and unbeatable customer service.To keep this as short and sweet as possible some unfortunate circumstances and going back and forth with the insurance company eventually led us to handling repairs with Xtreme Motorsports, we were happy to learn that they can handle any damage you throw at them, Exterior, Interior, Glass, you name it.XM staff were very transparent with us and super easy to communicate with through texts and phone calls. When the car was finished being worked on our schedules didn't quite align with their hours of operation but Shaquille was nice enough to come in on his day off to take care of us so my girlfriend didn't have to wait another week being without her vehicle.Prices were fair and expected, no weird fees. The quality of work speaks for itself and the car looks great! They prefer OEM parts for everything but they were very communicative with us regarding picking up a used part for something no sellers are currently carrying. We certainly appreciated all their efforts in trying to restore to the original state.I can't say enough good things about this business, they were compassionate and kind and advocated for us with the insurance company's push backs. We drove 2 hours to get the service done with plans of waiting until the service was complete. They offered us a great lounge area to use while the work was being performed if we wanted. We decided to go for a walk through Seattle and see Pikes Place Market. It was a fun day for us.”

“Mike at Fleurys was super helpful- I received a recommendation from my oil change place to go to Fleurys when my car was hit and needed to be towed to a body shop. Fleurys was one of the few places around that would allow tow ins. They worked with my insurance (usaa), and exceeded expectations with the required work and also allowed me to fix another small ding on my car in addition to the larger insurance fix. My car was returned, clean, smelling wonderful, and in a timely manner. thank you!”

“Overall great service, I would recommend only to use shop if going through insurance. If you have to pay out of pocket, they have a long wait to get car repaired. Giving 4 stars because my car smelled like nail polish remover and the smell has not gone away and I get a headache when driving the car. Of course I appreciate the attempt to clean the car but the products used to clean it were horrible. I literally have to drive with the car windows open to avoid a headache. However the service is good and repair was good.”

“I will always take my car to DeGrazia’s and will recommend them to anyone who needs an auto shop! My car was involved in a hit and run accident and a friend referred me to their shop. I have never been so thankful. Most shops were at least 6-8 weeks out, just for estimations. I called DeGrazia’s the day after the accident- Tony towed my car in 3 days later, ordered the necessary parts and got started on the repair right away. They were finished with the repairs and painting a few days later, and I got my car back less than a week after it arrived at their shop! They communicated every step of the way and I could not be happier with my experience, and the outcome of my car!”
