His competitive rates are much more affordable than bigger shops. He really goes above and beyond for his customers and I couldn't be happier with his work.Note: The photos are before he detailed the exterior that he shared with me to show his progress.My wife's 2015 Subaru Outback is your typical Alaskan car that moved down to Washington. Years of dirt, dust, camping and pet hair. Oh, and a 2,000+ mile drive through Canada. The exterior wasn't bad, but the interior was rough. Alvin is a miracle worker and removed all the pet hair (short hair terrier hair, by the way, and on black cloth seats...so not easy), while keeping costs down. What easily could have been $500+ elsewhere for a full detail + hours of dog hair removal was a lot less than that with Alvin. The Outback looks like a brand new car and he has a repeat customer now. If you're at all within the Renton area, you owe it to look at Diamond Detail Pro before going elsewhere. He even caught a few things with the car and pointed them out. Again, I don't think you're going to get that kind of 1on1 customer service elsewhere.”

Over the years I've had a couple exterior details with complications like a roof rack that doesn't come off (thus getting in his way), and a couple emergency interior cleaning jobs–Wes delivered great service at a reasonable price. “After having my car stolen and thankfully found, I drove straight to Final Touch Detail to get my car DEEP cleaned. I left my car feeling absolutely violated after the incident and came back to my car THOROUGHLY cleaned. The receptionist, I believe her name was Joyce was amazing. She was super sweet and welcoming. You come in to schedule an appointment as you cannot leave your car overnight. I had the internal and external servicing done, I took my car in at 10AM and my car was ready for pickup by 2PM. I will 100% be returning back. They do have two pit bulls in the office but they are absolute sweet hearts! Thank you so much for taking such great care of my car during a difficult time!!”

“The most thorough and complete white glove detail service in Seattle hands down. This is not your average detail shop. Brought in my BMW 5 series to get the engine bay and undercarriage pressure washed and cleaned due to a gasket oil leak and Pat went above and beyond with it. When I took it back to my mechanic to get the gasket work done he was amazed at how incredible it looked! He joked he could eat off of the top of the engine bay because it looked brand new. Very professional, super accommodating (They installed skid guards and spoiler although they are not officially on the menu. ) and fast! This repair was completed in about an hour, as promised.The cost of the repair was about 1/3 of what the dealership would have charged.
