Brought in my BMW 5 series to get the engine bay and undercarriage pressure washed and cleaned due to a gasket oil leak and Pat went above and beyond with it. When I took it back to my mechanic to get the gasket work done he was amazed at how incredible it looked! He joked he could eat off of the top of the engine bay because it looked brand new. They even had my car looked over the next morning to look at the problem and do some testing preliminarily. “Unfortunately my passenger side window got smashed last night. After calling around a handful of places, Peter Pan Auto Glass was the only place that would take me today (all others were a couple days out,) and had the lowest price of all the quotes i got. They luckily had the glass for my car model so they were quick. The whole process took an hour at most. They were busy, which showed me they are a place that is trusted. If this happens to happen again (hopefully not,) this is the place i will be going.”

I was informed it would be a while to repair with an older vehicle, trying to find parts and repair a 22 year old vehicle with only 64500 miles on it.Allen and Jody kept me informed of the progress when I called for updates. The repairs took a month to be completed, but I am completely satisfied. To be honest it took 3.5 months to get into the shop, but I was told upfront it could be this long.The repair is flawless and looks great.”

“My insurance directed me to this business but I took it to the West Seattle location I took my car here even though I lived near the Rainier location because I felt the location near me was snobby and I didn't feel right over there. They gave me an impression like they didn't care and would help me. West Seattle was far the best out of all their locations. Excellent customer service. They text me status and kept me updated on my car. I would recommend them to anyone. When my insurance recommended Service King I called all their branches they were either too busy to answer their calls, back logged or said they couldn't work on my car. This location was so friendly, courteous and dedicated to their customer. I was very happy I took my car to them. “I can count on Village Auto (twice)!As a new (inexperienced) car owner, I had to navigate not only one but two tire repairs for the first time! My luck took a turn in the right direction when I called Village Auto. TBH I was a bit nervous to cold call an auto shop, but a friend's recommendation steered me to the right place. With a quick call, Riley was a great help to get me in with a technician the very next morning. I arrived the next morning, donut and all, for service. Not only did VA order a tire to match my other three, but they also picked the tire up pro bono! Before I paid my bill, I did a little sneaky research for an idea of cost. VA charged me under market price for my tire and service! I was so impressed and grateful for how speedy, generous, and satisfactory my experience that I returned for my second flat tire.
