We needed a tow from a tight spot in a marina to a haul out and, of course, we had crazy winds the day of the tow. The two of them showed up 15 minutes early and guided us through the process of getting the boat out of our slip and threaded through the other boats safely despite the gales. John's a master of his vessel and Bonnie knew how to take control of the situation on deck and tell people what they needed to do without being a j*** about it. Plus John spent the week prior having multiple pleasant phone calls with me about what my options were and what he would recommend. It turned an anxiety-ridden experience into an enjoyable one. “I had the best experience with Easy Towing Seattle. My car got stolen over the weekend and when it was found I was not able to drive since the ignition was busted so I contacted Easy Towing Seattle to tow my car to my building's parking garage. My parking spot is on the second floor (P2) and when I say Easy Towing Seattle went above and beyond to help me park my car, I truly mean it. When they arrived I realized the truck could only fit on the first level and my parking spot was on the second level so they removed my car from the truck on the first level and literally pushed my car to its parking spot on the second level. After a very stressful week I am very thankful I contacted easy towing. Any other company I feel would have just left my car on the street but they didn't. I am truly grateful for their service. I won't hesitate to contact them again if I ever need it.”

I called them, and within 45 minutes, they arrived and got the car open. It was a small thing, but they charged me a reasonable fee...HALF of what the other companies wanted to charge. Thanks!
