The guy at Hoeys helped clean out the drainage pipe of my sunroof and didn’t charge me a thing! “This shop was very fair to me. I had a little thing to take care of, Dennis gave me an option for fixing it myself. I ended up going with the shop doing the work, and the price paid was what the price quoted, which was reasonable. Dennis also explained the pricing for getting body work/a paint job. I appreciate the time he took even when he knew there was no way I could go that route. If I ever play the lottery and win, I will go here because of Dennis's helpful and friendly interaction.UPDATE - 05/04/2023 7:30AMI did a quick consultation with Tracy about a minor issue I had with a door not seating properly when closed. “First and foremost, this dealership was an absolute JOY to work with. If you find yourself in the car buying process, for either a new or used car, then this should be one of your first stops to look at even if you’re not looking for a Nissan. We purchased a used 2015 Dodge truck. We test drove the vehicle, looked at reports and inspections of the vehicle, we asked our long list of questions, negotiated numbers, and spoke about what we were looking to spend and out of the door with keys in hand within 4 hours! “I purchased a brand new car and was devastated after returning from dinner to find my door was ding by the car parked next to mine!! I called Excalibur Collision and Kalya was very helpful and told me to come in and have them take a look at it. I drove over and was greeted by a very nice gal - Carissa. She assessed the ding and then had me wait inside while she worked some magic. Carissa came back in and told me not to worry it’s was just a surface ding and she removed the black mark as well!! “I want to thank Chip and his crew for the high quality work done, and the professionalism shown. They helped me out immensely. I took some brand new motorcycle parts to be painted, and it ended up that the gas tank had a leak in it, from fault of the manufacturer. I took it back to him after the manufacturer wouldnt replace it, and Chip sealed it inside and out, and repainted it - just as beautiful of a paint job as the first time. Planning on taking more parts to get painted as well. I would recommend to anyone, they do very high class work and are very helpful.”

I don't know who your boss is, so if you don't mind, could you please pass this along to him/her. Karen is one of BEST people I've had the pleasure to do business with in my 64 years on this earth! You are VERY lucky to have an employee like her. Karen made working with your company so easy and pleasant for me that it almost seemed as if she were an employee of mine. Then there is James. James is the name of the person who delivered the rental equipment to me. James was equally as pleasant, professional, and able to work with as was Karen. “A diamond in the rough! When I lived in Olympia I was down the street at Hawk's Prairie Auto getting some exhaust work done, and if I remember correctly I literally stumbled upon Prestige as I was walking around down the street waiting for my car to get done. Turns out Prestige has an awesome selection of Chevy and Ford stuff. The people were pretty friendly. They have a pretty impressively packed full showroom too, much more in stock than you would think. You can see outside as well that they have a ton of canopies, if you need a canopy this is the place to go. So I bought a set of Force nerf bars from them, Force is the cheap line of Westin, and they told me that there was a lifetime warranty on the product. Well a few months ago the fasteners that hold the step pads into the nerf bars came lose and fell off somewhere, so I've had this step that has been screwed up for several months. I finally got the chance to take it up to their shop, I knew they wouldn't put new pads on because they weren't actually broken, but they did locate some fasteners that hold the steps in, and fixed the steps for me, he even sent me home with the last fastener he had in stock in case another pad comes lose (I live in Portland now). Not bad though, I bought the nerf bars in 2005, so 7 years until I've had any issue is pretty solid. While I was there I noticed they sell PIAA Super Silicone Wiper Blades (The best wiper blades on the planet) and the little wipes to re-treat your windshield. I've had a pair on my car for 4 and a half years and they are just now starting to streak a little, although they still work just fine, its time for a new set. These blades are a kind of hard to find. But the bottom line here is that Prestige is a great little place, friendly staff, with good prices as well, my nerf bars were cheap, and have been good to me. They will find anything you are looking for as well, an old school parts store mentality!”
