“"Josh" (Joshua), assisted me on several occasions within a months time span. Everytime I called autozone with questions he would thoroughly answer my questions and suggest recommendations without pressing sales. My recent experience with him spared me a visit to the dealership where I am most certain that I would have spent at least $400+ on diagnostics, parts and labor. But I followed my intuition and went to autozone first where Josh happened to be on shift. He suggested to charge my battery and perform a battery, starter, and alternator test which ruled out that my battery was the culprit and not the alternator. I ended up purchasing a battery on spot and he installed it, no labor charge. I don't write reviews often, however , it is rare these days to experience customer service from a person who is genuinely passionate about helping others. Thank you Josh for your patience and assistance.”

“Went to O'Reilly for testing a battery. The employee recommended taking a photo of the reading from the O'Reilly battery load tester. When I went to Walmart for a replacement battery, they told me there was enough of a charge that they would not replace the battery. Because I had taken the photo as advised at O'Reilly, I was able to show the Walmart employees proof that there was less charge than they were claiming. Because of the O'Reilly employee's recommendation, I was able to get a replacement under the original warranty, and only had to pay a fee rather than the whole price of a new battery. Thank you, O'Reilly.”

“I had the first experience of my life at Gerber Collision & Glass. I met Michael who is one of the estimators for an estimate to have the right side of my front bumper to be reattached. He looked at it and he thought he could fix it for me. I went to the waiting area for about 10 minutes while Michael got some tools and worked on the bumper. When Michael was finished he asked me to look at what he had done. It was like new & Michael DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR HIS WORK. THANKS MICHAEL”
