My car died and would start but not drive. My family was stuck in Centralia and we live in Olympia. My boyfriend secured a ride for my son and I after 2 hours of waiting. When Ford couldn't establish contact we knew we needed to call summit and I am so thankful we did. “This shop was very fair to me. I had a little thing to take care of, Dennis gave me an option for fixing it myself. I ended up going with the shop doing the work, and the price paid was what the price quoted, which was reasonable. Dennis also explained the pricing for getting body work/a paint job. I appreciate the time he took even when he knew there was no way I could go that route. If I ever play the lottery and win, I will go here because of Dennis's helpful and friendly interaction.UPDATE - 05/04/2023 7:30AMI did a quick consultation with Tracy about a minor issue I had with a door not seating properly when closed.
