“Called ahead to get a quote on fixing my iPhone charging port, which had recently stopped allowing for a charge on my phone. They gave me a reasonable quote, I came in and was helped right away. When my phone was returned to me in about 10 minutes I was told that it was just dirty and no hardware was required like they thought might be the case. Gave me phone back and said there was no charge for the cleaning that fixed the problem.”
