While the parking is horrible, and it always is busy, it is still a tough faster for returns than UPS

Sasha was so helpful and attentive. I was with my 9 month old (struggling) to figure out my returning items. She took time to help me figure out while helping the other customers. I did not feel rushed or forgotten about. Very great experience and I wanted her to get some recognition!

Drive all the way here. Got here at 4:30 and they have a closed sign up and nobody answers. Says open until 5:00.

From Pickup and returns at Bellevue
Offering Package Pickups and Returns of your Amazon fulfilled packages here at our staffed Amazon Package Pick and Returns. Located on the north side of SE 37th Street, there is access from both eastbound and westbound traffic. We are located inside the two tenant shopping plaza in the back of the center. Parking is available at the Amazon location, but is limited.
