While the parking is horrible, and it always is busy, it is still a tough faster for returns than UPS

Sasha was so helpful and attentive. I was with my 9 month old (struggling) to figure out my returning items. She took time to help me figure out while helping the other customers. I did not feel rushed or forgotten about. Very great experience and I wanted her to get some recognition!

Drive all the way here. Got here at 4:30 and they have a closed sign up and nobody answers. Says open until 5:00.

It's 12pm and I drove all the way to the HUB to do a return, the doors are locked. Clearly no one showed up for work today. This is the 2nd time it's happened here

Second time staff were nowhere to be found for pickup. One time there was clearly marijuana smell from one of the employees. That employee seems to be gone. Closed on one of the days when it's supposed to be open (closed early for no reason see other reviews below). Had good experience 8 out of 10 times or so i used it but this type of stuff should not happen. Not at Amazon. So 3 star.

BEWARE!I dropped off a Hoover board that we got for my son (too fast for him), and didn't get any receipt or anything after drop off. I have it labeled and ready for return so I stopped by this Amazon hub to drop off; handed my item to a man and told me I was good to go (I left thinking wow that's quick and easy), well that's not so much the case now! I did notice he set it aside and not placed with all the other stuff (again didn't think much of it), and now reading other reviews I should has estado steered clear of this place. From other reviews- a LOT of things go "missing" and I can only think that the workers put items of their interest aside and NEVER actually send them back! I have had an ongoing dispute with Amazon regarding this and my refund and today just received a final "DECLINED" dispute. I'm so frustrated and disappointed; it has taken lots of called, emails back and forth with no resolution till today.Amazon do a drop in the see what's actually going on inside that hub! This is not right!!!

Showed up at 6:59 and they had locked the doors and the guy behind the counter just yelled at me that they are closed. Poor representation of what is normally good service from Amazon.

Fast, easy returns and so close to my house! Love it! They’re always friendly and it’s a quick in and out for me. They also have free samples of products they offer which is nice. Ample free parking but it can get busy and bit tight with multiple cars.

Good place. You can even print out the return label on site, saving time and paper.

Nice and easy - I wish all Amazons returns could be returned to the hub.Avoid going here during high traffic times due to the craziness of the parking (can be difficult to get in and out of).

Allegedly, open on Sundays from 10am thru 7pm. But the store didn’t open. It was still closed at 10:35am when I gave up and left. Approx. 30 customers came and left again unsuccessful.Called Amazon hotline to arrange a pickup instead (I had no intention of wasting more time going anywhere again). Was told by the hotline employee that I should be grateful for the generous return policy and I am allowed to drop by again here or somewhere else on the next business day.Asked to be forwarded to the supervisor. Was told that the supervisor is not available. Asked again. Was told the supervisor has to follow the same policy and won’t be able to arrange something (I remember that customer obsession was once Amazon company policy no. 1, but she must have missed the memo). Asked again.Was forwarded to the supervisor who arranged pickup.So, 2 out 3 Amazon touch points were awful.
