“Well staffed, 4 employees in a pretty small store for a cycle gear. I bought an airbag vest and it wasn't cheap! They were VERY knowledgeable. Said they had been formally trained by Alpinestars on their tech air 5 airbag vest and it clearly showed! You can tell these guys have a true passion for motorcycles and helping customers be well prepared, comfortable, properly fitted and protected in the event of a crash. We all know that's a bikers worst nightmare. Thanks for the astounding service, gentlemen.”

“This place is seriously so talented u0026 skilled!! Despite being primarily an auto painting service shop, I was able to get my rough '97 Ford Expedition interior detailed ? Believe me when I say this car came back to be a whole different vehicle lol, the interior was caked in mold in every crevice you can imagine including all of the seat belts u0026 between the seats ? the beige leather seats u0026 dash were so grimy it looked horrendous ? so when this car came back to me it looked brighter u0026 brand new on the inside!! ??? “Great shop, great springs if you want to haul weight. I bought a used 1-ton pickup with a set of Gitt's 5+1 springs in the rear and let me tell you those springs mean business! It takes about 4000# in the back of that truck just to soften the ride a little. I recently took a different truck in for a heavier helper spring pack for hauling a camper, and the staff were friendly, quick and on budget, they did a good job and had me out early in the afternoon. They custom-arced the springs so that they don't engage when the truck is empty, and the ride is unchanged.”

“As someone who works in the auto industry, I usually get lots of red flags when buying cars. Martin was only green flags from beginning to end. We showed up on a Thursday night to test drive, and Martin gave us the keys for the Crosstrek that we were looking at, and told us to bring it back when we were done. No sales pressure, and he didn't ask to go with us. My husband and I took it around Auburn, and on the highway to ensure that everything worked as it should. We were able to truly test drive it and not feel any pressure. We pulled into an empty parking lot and opened every door, the hood and the hatch. We checked EVERYTHING without some nosy salesman over our shoulder. It gave us an opportunity to experience the car the way that you would when you got it home. The Crosstrek had been in an accident, so before we had gotten there, Martin had sent me the Carfax, photos of the damage, and all other pertinent information so that my husband and I knew EXACTLY what we were getting into. The car drives like a dream, and the repair work from the accident is beautiful. The frame is straight, the paint match on the new panels is perfect, and the gaps between the panels are as aligned as they were when they were new. My husband and I came back on Saturday after thinking everything over and finishing up the money situation, and Martin greeted us again with a smile. Over the weekend, Martin was answering all of my questions via phone calls and texts, and was incredibly patient with us. Before we got the keys, he put a full tank of gas in the car, and got it washed and the interior vacuumed. The paperwork part of the transaction was easy since Martin filled everything out for us, and explained each document and what it meant. Now that we've had the car for a few days, and I've had time to deeply look into the repairs, I can say that I'm even more pleased. The care that was put into this car is evident, and I'm so excited to have it for the adventures that my husband and I are planning to go on. Martin was honest, patient and kind through the whole experience, and I'd recommend him and his cars to anyone! Thanks again, Martin! We love our Crosstrek!-Tori and Zae”

“If you own a Jaguar, this is the ONLY place you need to take it for maintenance!I'm the owner of a 2003 S Type. I bought it about a year ago with only 57,000 miles on the odometer. The dealer bought the car at an estate sale, and it had been sitting in a garage undriven for over two years. As a result, there were a lot of issues with the car that needed fixed.My wife and I spent thousands of dollars at another shop that claimed to service Jags. However, we continued to have constant problems with the car. The prospect of constantly dropping thousands on a car that was never fixed properly made us consider dumping the car at a considerable loss.After a particularly unsatisfactory result at this shop, I decided I needed a second opinion. I contacted Rempt and made an appointment. When i arrived, Zach was amazing! He could tell that I was at the end on my rope. He made me feel welcomed and assured me that I would have a much better experience at their shop. Zach provided me with an itemized list of needed repairs, and was willing to work within our budget. We needed the rear calipers fixed immediately. There were a couple other issues, but they can wait until we have the avaliable funds. I picked up my car last week. Well, I don't know what magic they performed on my Jag, but for the first time it's running PERFECTLY! No yellow engine light that won't turn off, no "restricted performance" warnings, no red "low coolant" warnings even immediately after the coolant reservoir was replaced and filled, no more jerking during acceleration...I'm totally satisfied with the work Rempt did on my Jag and the friendly and understanding staff. If you own a Jag, don't bother taking it anywhere else!”

Everyone who works there has been great to work with and their machines work.
