I mentioned the low pressure, which I had already filled to the proper level a day before, and when I returned and checked the reciept they had replaced the tire at no charge as it was coverd by the warranty. The impressive part is the customer care and initiative to take care of it without being asked or my inquiring. They even cleaned up a rim that was quite dirty. This was a great experience.”

I dropped my car off on a Wednesday morning, Friday before closing they told me they had to keep it because of some strip bolts and were kind enough to park it outside for me for the weekend. In the off chance he doesnt know something, he knows someone who does, or has a good recommendation of where to go to get your questions answered or problems resolved.
