“I had a new battery put in my 2011 Leaf in January. When it died on the road yesterday when my friend was driving, I had to have it towed to my house. I called Greentec and they sent a technician to me to diagnose the situation. Joe showed up and was truly interested in diagnosing the problem. He was knowledgeable and thorough and took the time to explain his process and diagnosis. He didn’t want payment but instead wanted me to call him later to verify his diagnosis. “I go for the new one and immediately the mileage has been improved by 20% for my Honda Accord. The job was not smooth at first, because a warning (TCS) light was shown on the dashboard, however the team helped reset it with their scanner tool. The manager, David is easy to work with and problem solving oriented. One suggestion, if the battery is new, I would expect a manual and proof of new batteries are in the enclosure, that makes the purchase a peace of mind. It is not available.”
