Kathie, the agency operator at the front desk, was super kind, cordial and provided me an excellent customer experience upon picking up the car and delivering it at the conclusion of the rental. “Matt was our salesman and he was fabulous! Spent several hours with us on a Saturday and had the car we were interested (Audi Q5) in sent to the Audi dealership when we couldn’t connect to the Bluetooth to be updated. He noticed on his way to the dealership that the fan (that I forgot to test during the test drive) wasn’t 100% and had them fix that too instead of pretending everything was perfect. We came back to do paperwork on the vehicle and can’t wait to pick it up when it gets back from Audi! Thank you, Matt and Budget Blvd!”

“Staff was nice and gave me my choice of cars in my class. I wish i would have inspected the cars before deciding. The car reeked of cigarette smoke. Had to drive it 6 hours to attend a work conference and I had to put my luggage in plastic garbage bags to prevent the cigarette smell from soaking into my clothes during the ride. I ran an ozone generator then aired out the car before departure which helped, but as soon as you close the windows and park the smell comes creeping out again.Once someone smokes in a car you're never getting the smell out again, so I can empathize with the staff since there's really nothing they can do about it. however, I think that this is something of a health concern particularly if the renter has asthma or allergies and they should have to disclose this fact before renting the car. It's also annoying to see warning stickers all over the car threatening a $450 cleaning fee for smoking while driving in a car that smells like smoke.”

“The rental process was a breeze. I'm a fastbreak member so that sped up the process as well. The original car I was given had a STRONG Marijuana smell. So when I reported it, they swapped out the car and sent me on my way.The inside of the facility needs some upgrading to make it more visually appealing, but for price and convenience I rent vehicles here all the time.”
