“Excellent experience with J&J Limo from start to finish! Reasonably priced. We hired them as a 60th birthday surprise for a friend. Stayce was very courteous and professional; we coordinated everything via phone and email; a very seamless process. The limo was very nice, clean and sharp-looking. Our driver, Elgin, was absolutely great! He arrived early and was debonair, polite, and professional at all times. We all had a fabulous time, and the birthday girl was blown away. I would definitely use them again, and highly recommend their services.”

“I required a rental car because I had a serious accident and totalled my car. My insurance company works with Enterprise Car Rental. I have to say I have never had better service at a car rental company. I don't know if they were being extra kind because of the circumstances, but I was well cared for. The young man gave me a free upgrade because they only had a small sedan which I would not have been comfortable driving and he offered to send my name to Enterprise Car Sales. I ended up buying a car from them. Enterprise, as a whole, turned an awful experience into something more positive. I don't know how to thank you. I will recommend you to my friends. Thank you.”

“Car was reserved a few days in advance. I was able to walk in, showed what was needed to be shown and signed what needed to be signed. 7 minutes later, I was in my rental car going about my business. Location is 3 minutes from the Greenbrier Mall and in proximity to all the major car dealerships. Enterprise is easy to access from the main road and parking is on the property and plentiful.”

“This team was so great! I called them to pick me up at 8am from the body shop after I dropped my car off at for an insurance claim and got my rental with in an hour. ONLY to find out that the whole time the insurance adjusters deleted the entire appointment. So they had no idea they had to pick me up or have a vehicle ready for me and they were able to stay flexible and make it work. They were so busy and I was lucky they even had a vehicle available for me. Big thanks from me for being so helpful!”
