“I’m a Marine veteran, but never announced it, nor did I expect any type of preferential treatment. However, upon checking in at the counter for service, Victor Flores greeted me with a smile and asked how many years I served in the military. It caught me off guard, but turns out he was former law enforcement and we immediately connected. Not only that, but the leak I had in my tire actually ended up being the result of a leaky valve core, and they replaced it at no charge. I was in and out of there in 20mins…on a Monday! Additionally, there was a positive vibe in the office/waiting area thanks to how friendly everyone was. I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else. Thanks again for the hospitality and for your service, Victor!”

“I sent an e-mail on Sunday afternoon which included the photos of the damage. At 5:30 a.m. Monday I already had their response to set up an appointment. I set the appointment for the very next day. I spoke Daniel to set up the appointment. He was absolutely great. I could not believe they were able to set me up the very next day at 8 a.m. I was super unhappy that I damaged my rim.
