“I'm not one to get my car detailed, but I had the misfortune of having a puppy pee on the back seat of my car and was in immediate need of a deep cleaning. I felt a little out of place pulling up in my Kia for service, with all the high end cars they were working on, but they could not have been nicer to me throughout the service. They explained everything to me and provided a detailed walkthrough of the car when the work was done. My car completely exceeded my expectations (nicer than new), was finished on time and for less than the quoted price. I recommend Xtreme to anyone who needs a detailing service.”

“I recently purchased a new car and did extensive research on the best place to get it ceramic coated and tinted in the area. The excellent reviews led me to American Shine, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to go with Brian and his team.After talking to Brian about various options and packages available, I opted to go with the CQuartz Finest Package. This included a paint correction, a layer of DQUARTZ followed by a layer of CQuartz Finest Reserve on the paint, as well as ceramic coating on all glass and the wheels and calipers (with wheels removed to fully coat entire wheels and calipers). I also opted for the Kavaca Ceramic IR tint on the windows.Brian and team did an excellent job and the car came out looking incredible. They also were great at taking the time to communicate throughout the entire process, from answering all of my questions up front, to keeping me updated on the progress after dropping off, to providing detailed care information & recommendations after picking up.I highly recommend American Shine, and will be returning to them in the future for any additional needs or new vehicles.”

“Being new to the area, I wasn't sure what to expect from Dulles Auto Clinic. I brought my car to their establishment on a Saturday morning at 8am for a state inspection and emissions test. My experience was GREAT.Although I was told it might take up to an hour for these services to be completed, I received a call in about 30 minutes telling me that my car was ready to go. I was warned that the tread on my tires was getting very low, but they didn't pressure me to buy tires from their business. It's not a fancy shop with an elaborate waiting room, but that's perfectly fine. Lower overhead costs equals more aggressively low service rates. I had a thermostat installed by them in a BMW go bad and Sam gladly swapped that out. The part was defective, but his responsiveness was not! This is a good shop...they are competent guys.”

“I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the outstanding service provided by Perfection Automotive, and I couldn't be more impressed. When my car failed to start and subsequently shut off, I suspected a battery issue, despite having recently replaced it at a different store. I gave them the receipt for the battery that was exchanged for what I had a warranty on, and they got the new battery at no cost to me. After contacting numerous shops in the Falls Church area and facing no availability, I was fortunate to reach out to Perfection Automotive, which was a bit farther from my location.To my relief, they promptly arranged for my car to be towed to their facility. Upon diagnosis, they efficiently identified that the alternator was the culprit behind my car troubles, subsequently leading to the premature failure of the new battery I had installed. They effectively communicated the issue and recommended replacing both the battery and alternator, as well as the worn serpentine belt, which they noticed was in poor condition during their inspection. ❤️❤️????”

Front desk lady Hallie? answered the phone and was very polite and professional.I needed to have small nail in the tire looked at. It's a fairly new Porsche under factory warranty so I was nervous about anyone outside the dealership work on it. However Hallie reassured me that all precautions will be taken. I was able to get an appointment say day.They had me in and out, and provided the small nail as a souvenir as I requested. Since the wheels were not taken off the car, I didn't have to worry too much about too many electronic issues.
