“Being new to the area, I wasn't sure what to expect from Dulles Auto Clinic. I brought my car to their establishment on a Saturday morning at 8am for a state inspection and emissions test. My experience was GREAT.Although I was told it might take up to an hour for these services to be completed, I received a call in about 30 minutes telling me that my car was ready to go. I was warned that the tread on my tires was getting very low, but they didn't pressure me to buy tires from their business. I certainly WILL buy my tires from them, but it was refreshing to receive this advice just as a courtesy.I worked with two gentlemen named Joe and Willis. Both were very friendly, conversational and informative. Finally, their pricing was very fair.Based on my experience, I would absolutely recommend this business to others.Services: Vehicle Inspection”

“I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the outstanding service provided by Perfection Automotive, and I couldn't be more impressed. When my car failed to start and subsequently shut off, I suspected a battery issue, despite having recently replaced it at a different store. I gave them the receipt for the battery that was exchanged for what I had a warranty on, and they got the new battery at no cost to me. After contacting numerous shops in the Falls Church area and facing no availability, I was fortunate to reach out to Perfection Automotive, which was a bit farther from my location.To my relief, they promptly arranged for my car to be towed to their facility. Upon diagnosis, they efficiently identified that the alternator was the culprit behind my car troubles, subsequently leading to the premature failure of the new battery I had installed. They effectively communicated the issue and recommended replacing both the battery and alternator, as well as the worn serpentine belt, which they noticed was in poor condition during their inspection. ❤️❤️????”

Front desk lady Hallie? answered the phone and was very polite and professional.I needed to have small nail in the tire looked at. It's a fairly new Porsche under factory warranty so I was nervous about anyone outside the dealership work on it. However Hallie reassured me that all precautions will be taken. I was able to get an appointment say day.They had me in and out, and provided the small nail as a souvenir as I requested. Since the wheels were not taken off the car, I didn't have to worry too much about too many electronic issues. I drove the car home and everything seems proper.While in the waiting room I observed the demeanor of several staff with each other and other customer. I am happy to report that I have found a new Mechanic... for all my cars.”

“Quick, courteous, and trustworthy auto shop for tire maintenance and tire-related services.I was on a search for tire maintenance service -- tire rotation, balancing, and wheel alignment -- for my Hyundai Sonata, a sedan.How did I know I needed these services? It was only a few months since my last check-up. When driving on a straight road with no traffic, I let my steering wheel go, and noted that the car veered to the side (left) on its own accord. This indicated to me that a wheel alignment was in order.I called up 95 Auto Service, as they were somewhat close to me. They quoted a pretty competitive price that beat a lot of other tire shops in the area. Plus, the shop seemed like a local business, so I decided to take a chance.Drove up there on a Monday afternoon, around 12:30pm. I didn't even need an appointment. I went into the shop and introduced myself, was told to leave my keys in the car, which I did.I hung out in the waiting room and did some work and light reading. Less than an hour later, at around 1:25pm, they were already done. I was a little bit surprised, but I finished payment and noted that the cost was rather competitive, at 180$ for the whole deal (rotation + alignment + balancing). This is a pretty solid deal, compared to other auto shops in the area, where I was quoted close to 200$ or even above for all those services.After taking my car for a spin, I let my steering wheel go again and confirmed that the car now does go straight without interference rather than veer off to the side dangerously. This indicates to me that the problem is fixed. Overall I don't notice a huge difference in my car, but it seems OK -- mileage was also a problem, as I'd noticed a dip of 3-5 average MPG when I went to fill in gas after an empty tank, and I'll continue to do more testing but I'm hopeful that I can chalk this up to tire maintenance problems that were left unrectified for too long. For reference, my usual mileage is well above 30 MPG, but had dipped down to the 20's recently -- I'm hopeful that's fixed now.All said, I can appreciate the quick, courteous and agreeable service rendered here at 95 AS, especially as there was no appointment needed and service was completed in an hour or less (amazing).I'll likely make 95 AS my go-to tire shop in the future, and would recommend it to others looking for tire-related or maintenance services!”

“Peter saved me last week. My car broke down as I was leaving work, and so I called the closest auto shop to me, which was Sterling Automotive Service Center. Peter literally came to the place where my car was, put in a temporary battery so that I could drive to the shop, then fixed my car (I needed a new alternator) overnight. I just got back from an 800-mile round trip journey. No issues, and my car runs well with the new alternator. Peter was fast and didn't overcharge me, plus he saved me money on towing fees by coming to help me. I am very grateful.”
