“Sameer "Sam" and his mechanics are solid folks. These guys will tell you what you need to know about problem areas and not tack on any frivolous work. It's not a fancy shop with an elaborate waiting room, but that's perfectly fine. Lower overhead costs equals more aggressively low service rates. I had a thermostat installed by them in a BMW go bad and Sam gladly swapped that out. The part was defective, but his responsiveness was not! This is a good shop...they are competent guys.”

“Quick, courteous, and trustworthy auto shop for tire maintenance and tire-related services.I was on a search for tire maintenance service -- tire rotation, balancing, and wheel alignment -- for my Hyundai Sonata, a sedan.How did I know I needed these services? It was only a few months since my last check-up. When driving on a straight road with no traffic, I let my steering wheel go, and noted that the car veered to the side (left) on its own accord. This indicated to me that a wheel alignment was in order.I called up 95 Auto Service, as they were somewhat close to me. They quoted a pretty competitive price that beat a lot of other tire shops in the area. Plus, the shop seemed like a local business, so I decided to take a chance.Drove up there on a Monday afternoon, around 12:30pm. I didn't even need an appointment. I went into the shop and introduced myself, was told to leave my keys in the car, which I did.I hung out in the waiting room and did some work and light reading. Less than an hour later, at around 1:25pm, they were already done. I was a little bit surprised, but I finished payment and noted that the cost was rather competitive, at 180$ for the whole deal (rotation + alignment + balancing). This is a pretty solid deal, compared to other auto shops in the area, where I was quoted close to 200$ or even above for all those services.After taking my car for a spin, I let my steering wheel go again and confirmed that the car now does go straight without interference rather than veer off to the side dangerously. This indicates to me that the problem is fixed. Overall I don't notice a huge difference in my car, but it seems OK -- mileage was also a problem, as I'd noticed a dip of 3-5 average MPG when I went to fill in gas after an empty tank, and I'll continue to do more testing but I'm hopeful that I can chalk this up to tire maintenance problems that were left unrectified for too long. For reference, my usual mileage is well above 30 MPG, but had dipped down to the 20's recently -- I'm hopeful that's fixed now.All said, I can appreciate the quick, courteous and agreeable service rendered here at 95 AS, especially as there was no appointment needed and service was completed in an hour or less (amazing).I'll likely make 95 AS my go-to tire shop in the future, and would recommend it to others looking for tire-related or maintenance services!”

“Peter saved me last week. My car broke down as I was leaving work, and so I called the closest auto shop to me, which was Sterling Automotive Service Center. Peter literally came to the place where my car was, put in a temporary battery so that I could drive to the shop, then fixed my car (I needed a new alternator) overnight. I just got back from an 800-mile round trip journey. No issues, and my car runs well with the new alternator. Peter was fast and didn't overcharge me, plus he saved me money on towing fees by coming to help me. I am very grateful.”

I'm very pleased they were able to squeeze me in last minute otherwise I would've been stranded and literally start my new job tomorrow. Everything happens for a reason, they also only have new tires which I didn't know so now I dont have to worry about replacing it for awhile and the price was considerably fair given the circumstances, about $224.00”

“Honestly, a convenience I never knew I needed in my life. About $100 for an oil change compared to normal places $80, but it was done in front of you, lightning fast, and the technicians were super knowledgeable and friendly and not overly pushy with their maintenance recommendations. Highly recommend!”
