“I got shut down by a suddenly failed alternator the morning before I was scheduled for a road trip north and so called Sunoco near my home and explained my predicament. The manager said, “No problem, just bring the car in before noon and we will get it done.” They emailed me a pre-authorization so the parts were already on order before I got there and the car was done by 4 pm. Fast response and good work. I had a worry free trip!!! :-)”
