However, upon checking in at the counter for service, Victor Flores greeted me with a smile and asked how many years I served in the military. It caught me off guard, but turns out he was former law enforcement and we immediately connected. Not only that, but the leak I had in my tire actually ended up being the result of a leaky valve core, and they replaced it at no charge. I was in and out of there in 20mins…on a Monday! Additionally, there was a positive vibe in the office/waiting area thanks to how friendly everyone was. I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else. “I don’t normally write reviews but after my great experience with WheelsOnsite I had to write one. As the new owner of a 2024 BMW i4 M50 I experienced the pain of two bent rims after my third day with the car. The BMW warranty only covered rim replacement if the wheels couldn’t hold air which they were so BMW attempted to “fix” the rims. They “fixed” one rim and admitted to making the other rim worse and deemed it unrepairable and gave me of $2100 to replace one wheel. I took the car back and contracted WheelsOnsite after the recommendation from my brother in law. Took my car in this morning and within a few hours both wheels have been fixed and the car now drives like new and for only $340!!! Thank you WheelsOnsite and thank you to the gentleman at the front desk. He was very professional and helpful.”
