Very long (1,5 hrs) wait times and apathetic, dismissive staff. Had to come three times to upgrade phone. Not bc of issues on our end, just no one to help then disinterested staff with inconsistent info.

Verizon just needs to play fair, and let my stimulus and cash app hit HONESTLY, without scams alert… cuz i get plenty. But nevertheless im fed up
