“Issac was a true life saver for me! I was stranded with a broken phone and he solved my confusing problem with quick expertise. I was able to stay in budget and keep my number! He was friendly despite my impatient anxious attitude at first and was able to have me feeling better about the problem in no time. He even handled there being another customer waiting in the store just as quickly as he helped me. I will be coming to his location for all of my Verizon issues, new lines and upgrades for as long as I'm in the RVA! And I highly recommend that you do to!”

“Worked with Tonia today at John Rolfe Verizon and she did an excellent job of explaining the trade-in program which I did not understand. She answered all my questions and more and was very patient and took the look at my account to make sure I was getting the best deal. I have been to two other Verizon stores and honestly was turned off by the lack of customer service so today was my third try and I was a bit skeptical but I'm so pleased and feel very lucky to have worked with Tonia. “I dread everything related to Verizon; their customer service makes even the smallest task a nightmare. But alas, I had to get my phone fixed. There was no way around it. So I put on my big girl panties and went to my local store after work. There were two of us waiting when I got there. Within five minutes we were both asked what our needs were. Robert simultaneously took care of us while helping another woman. This man needs a raise. He was actively helping all three of us during downtime in the others’ service. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Robert is an angel. I left there with all my problems solved, he didn’t try to upsell me or talk me to something I didn’t need. He simply fixed my phone quickly and efficiently, while helping other people and he did it all with a smile on his face. Five star experience.”

They provide our firm with a VOIP phone system.Executive Systems and specifically their engineer, Song Pol, have provided our firm with THE BEST customer service. Song is knowledgeable, accessible, and always a pleasure to deal with.Our phone system has multiple lines. We have the ability to have different ring schedules depending on time of day and date. We are able to answer our phones remotely via a convenient app. We are also able to check voicemails and initiate outgoing calls.Overall, Executive Systems, Inc. is a great company to work with, and I highly recommend them for any company's VOIP needs!”

“I can’t recommend this location enough. DaQuan was such an excellent customer service rep. I’d been having issues with dropped calls and he resolved it immediately. I had spent time on the phone twice with Customer Service and the issue wasn’t resolved. It had been extremely frustrating. DaQuan was far more knowledgeable than anyone I dealt with on the phone. He was polite and patient and I highly recommend him and this Xfinity location. Well done!”

“been thinking about getting an apple watch for over a year now, finally found some time to go out to a store to get the process going - Aurelis greeted me instantly and grabbed the exact watch I had in mind! She was so patient with me (i’m not very tech savvy) and took the time to explain all the features and show me everything from the different watch faces to literally the easiest way to put it on! Aurelis was so kind and sweet during our interaction and while my watch was syncing to my phone, she was able to assist other guests waiting (I personally work in retail, so we love a multitasker!) also, bonus points for being pretty funny. Will definitely revisit this location for any of my future purchases/questions just to work with Aurelis again!”

“My sister switched over from Verizon and me from Metro PCS, as well as another sister from Florida from Metro. Everyone at this location were very nice, and they seemed like a happy team. (which you don't see often)Wendy is one of the major reason we switched to T-Mobile..... I had been in there asking questions on plans, etc and she's why we went back there to open the accounts.A regional manager (sorry forgot her name) was there and very helpful as well.I was with Meto for 20 years and looking forward 20 more with T-Mobile”

“Usually reviews for Comcast/Xfinity are bad, and with good reason. My experience today with this location and staff was outstanding and should be recognized in light of Xfinity's normal haphazard way of doing things. I was waaay early for my appointment to return an unused flex box. They checked me in and a staff quickly took my item and processed the return, making sure to credit my account and ensure the service reflected accurately what I wanted/needed. My only complaint is the huge disaster of parking and access to the store, made worse by all the little shops and poorly designed parking/access streets. As Christmas season comes along this will be a hell-hole of a shopping area that is probably best avoided.”

“When I walked up to the door, there were two signs one stating to forgive them, they were short staffed and to be patient. The other stating that they were going to close an hour early due to the fact they were short staffed. I was a little concerned because I have three kids with me and I didn't wanna wait or for them to be running all over because of the wait. When I went in the line was long, but you could tell that everyone was moving as fast as they could, and taking on multiple customers to make up the difference. My associates name is Corey and while he worked with me he also juggled three other customers. They all seemed happy with there services and I was definitely pleased with mine. There was a small wait but not nearly as long as I expected and I appreciate is the fact they were trying to make up for being short staffed.”

“I bought an iphone X in late 2019 and needed to upgrade my phone. I put off a new phone for a long time because the last time the process was not smooth. I debated buying online and setting up at home again, but due to the lengthy time with phone support decided to go the store. I went to Verizon at 7720 West Broad Street in Richmond VA, and it was very busy and I waited for quite some time. The wait was well worth it. I worked with LaDaryl Kinchen. He walked me through the different plans and phones, and really listened to what I needed for work. Further, he set up my phone and walked me through the new functions to ensure I would have no issues and that everything was working well. I cannot say enough good things about Mr. LaDaryl Kinchen; he is professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He took so much initiative with the process, and I am so very appreciative. This experience was the opposite from prior, and I feel a renewed trust with both the store and with Verizon. I wanted to share my positive experience with LaDaryl Kinchen, and let Verizon know what an asset they have with this employee.”

“I live 3 miles from a Verizon store in colonial heights. I haven't had good experience with the my Verizon app. so I went to the colonial heights Verizon for help. They were very insistent on showing me how to use the app I didn't like. I decided the next time I needed help I would go to a different Verizon store. I'm so glad I did.I went to the midlothian tnpk location and met with Abbey Jean. I was considering switching to a different service provider. Abbey with the help of Jessie got me a better plan that worked perfectly for me.My hearing isn't that great which makes the Verizon customer service number difficult for me. Abbey and Jessie got on the Verizon customer service line for me. It took them a while with customer service but they got me the best deal possible. Their willingness to help me is the reason I've stayed with Verizon. Great job ladies. Thanks ?”

“I woke up this morning to a dead SIM card in my phone. It took a little bit of Google Fu to diagnose the problem, and it was actually the customer support section of Verizon's website that helped me troubleshoot everything (so double kudos to you guys).Once in the store, a gentleman named Isaiah helped me with my phone, confirming the diagnosis as well as assuring me it would be a quick, simple fix. Within 10 minutes I had a brand new SIM card, a working phone, and it didn't cost me a dollar. These guys are absolute professionals and had me on my way in no time. I'll definitely come back to the Short Pump location for future needs.”
