Other reviewers - some people are grouchy and unreasonable - the same ones who write bad reviews when the other ratings are 5 star. "Consider the source" as Mom used to say about such folks. BUT, I will say that VERIZON SIGNAL IS WEAK around my neighborhood, right in town, Monument Ave. Not the store's fault, but am looking for another cell provider.”

She called the person and they told her that they had shipments that they hadn't opened. Lo and behold she found a screen protector and phone case for my phone. I was happy about that because my phone was unprotected in both ways and I didn't want it's a brand new phone. So I thank them for looking for stuff you know patience and all in contact and others besides just saying oh no we don't have it in sending people away every day this service.”

“We tried 3 other times to set up my new phone & nobody was able to help us. We went into the store in Shortpump & were greeted as soon as we opened the door by Cristy Porter. She had THE most upbeat & bubbly personality, which you hardly ever see anymore in retail. She was able to set up my new phone and got all of MY pics, videos & voicemails that mean the world to me, transferred over. More stores should have employees that take as much pride in their jobs, as much as Ms. Porter does. I can’t thank her ENOUGH for getting it done for me!!!”

I asked them to go ahead and try fixing it and they were able to! I wasn’t expecting it because it was VERY damaged. I also brought them my iPhone 8 that got ran over by a car and it wouldn’t work anymore. They were able to fix that TOO. I highly recommend them!!!”
