As with any luxury brand, the prices are very high. I ended up looking at the wallets and bracelets and bought a bracelet. At checkout, I was offered a sparkling water by Patricia. “This evening I had a pleasant interaction and superb customer service experience with Janet. I was shopping on behalf of a friend for a bday gift. I had no idea what to get so I walked into Coach and was greeted by a gentleman while I had my EarPods on so I waved and he said “welcome and let me know if we can be of assistance!” Great, it’s a no sales pressure environment. It’s been a while since I’ve been in Coach and boy do they have some gorgeous leather goods! I had my buddy on the phone talking through what I saw and looked nice as a gift. I turned in FaceTime for a quick call with her and motioned to the gentlemen that I needed help. He asked Janet to assist me. Janet smiled and headed my way. I explained what I was looking at and wanted to know the price point on the belt bag that could be worked on the waist or crossbody. Very nice 100% leather in blue or black. We selected the black. Janet offered to wrap and ship it directly which I didn’t know was an option. She put in a big box with a snazzy bow! Meanwhile I picked out a little charter crossbody bag for myself! Welp, it’s my birthday month so I get a gift to! Anyway, it was last little bag in the mustard color. She even engraved one of the tags with my initials! The service was superb and Janet reminded me that Coach complimentarily cleans Leather coach bags on the exterior. It’s best to bring them in for same day service Monday- Thursday. I’ll be back for sure. She’s a gem and a natural professional with excellent customer centric skills! I’ll be back! Happy shopping and say hello to Janet and crew!”

I use TikTok and instagram yo get more ideas for the their collections usually young girls working at any of the large stores Pentagon, Tysons Corner and Galleria at don't really have the knowledge or style to help you buy a huge wardrobe. Also as a consumers we have to be flexible to order online if your size is not available. And when you do from the stores it's free shipping. Sales are always happening: my favorite store anywhere I use my phone with styles I save.”

They had a great selection of new items up front and a huge clearance section since several lines just got marked down recently and were an additional 40% off. When I couldn't find the size I needed the sales person (Vanessa) made some calls and found me exactly what I wanted at another store and had it sent it right to my house. J.Jill's catalog customer service won't even search store locations for product any more, but this store did so efficiently and in a super friendly manner. Would go back in a heartbeat. “Hi - I have been going to Pure Barre McLean for the past 1.5 years. I appreciate the community, experienced and motivating instructors, and variety of classes (classic, define, empower etc). Recently I had an issue with billing (pure barre app is deceptive with monthly recurring subscription versus one time package) and I realized too late that I had been getting charged for the last year+! Gracie the manager /owner was responsive and took care of the issue to our mutual satisfaction - I really appreciated that. Please try it out as an alternative way to stay strong, flexible, and work on balance and core.”

“We recently stopped by the Chanel Boutique for some major retail therapy. The store is currently at a temporary location in the mall. The store did have a line of 2 groups before we could get in.I do find the process of lining up outside the store a bit annoying and I am seeing more and more stores using this to show popularity or manage shoppers.We did have a good experience once we were finally allowed in the store. The sales consultants (trying to be fancy for a uber-fancy store) were very helpful and took time to show us the products and answer all the questions we had.We had a good shopping experience (I'm sure my wallet is not so happy) and do plan on coming back soon.”
