“I had a wonderful experience at this store yesterday! I'm out-of-town visiting my daughter and decided to stop in. I love this brand. They had a great selection of new items up front and a huge clearance section since several lines just got marked down recently and were an additional 40% off. When I couldn't find the size I needed the sales person (Vanessa) made some calls and found me exactly what I wanted at another store and had it sent it right to my house. J.Jill's catalog customer service won't even search store locations for product any more, but this store did so efficiently and in a super friendly manner. Would go back in a heartbeat. “Had a very good experience at the McLean Shoe Fly store - also known as Ritchey's. Alick spent a lot of time with me, watching me walk in my old walking shoes, spotting my pronation and other characteristics of how I walk. I explained that I walk on sidewalks every day and have arthritis in one knee and so need support and cushion, etc. We tried several types of shoes and he stuck with me until we found one that feels great and provides what I need. “We recently stopped by the Chanel Boutique for some major retail therapy. The store is currently at a temporary location in the mall. The store did have a line of 2 groups before we could get in.I do find the process of lining up outside the store a bit annoying and I am seeing more and more stores using this to show popularity or manage shoppers.We did have a good experience once we were finally allowed in the store. The sales consultants (trying to be fancy for a uber-fancy store) were very helpful and took time to show us the products and answer all the questions we had.We had a good shopping experience (I'm sure my wallet is not so happy) and do plan on coming back soon.”

Also as a consumers we have to be flexible to order online if your size is not available. And when you do from the stores it's free shipping. Sales are always happening: my favorite store anywhere I use my phone with styles I save.”

“It was my first visit to this Aldo location. I bought a pair of Chelsea Boots at their Georgetown store (now closed) around 2.5 years ago and amazingly they hardly show any signs of wear so went back for another pair of their boots. The service was very friendly and efficient. I bought a pair of boots size 9 with similar soles for 180 bucks- so not cheap but if they wear as well as the other pair, then it'll be money well spent. I would not hesitate recommend this store based on my really positive experience with the sales people. Well done Aldo!”
“The Prada store located in the Galleria at Tyson’s (2) in McLean, VA is set up as an exclusive store. Upon entering, you are greeted by staff as if you are entering a night club. The store was very large and wide open with a large shoe section. The staff was friendly and customer service focused.”

“I shopped here a couple of weeks ago during the daytime for my son. Alicia was friendly and welcoming. She was very knowledgeable about shoe brands, shoe models, and which sizes run small or large which is so helpful! We got him the perfect kicks for all summer long.Then my youngest was asking for new shoes too. I figured to show him that his were fine, until we checked his toes and even sized him using the measuring tools. . . Turns out he needed new shoes too! Since it was my first time in the store, I told them I wanted to browse the store. I ended up getting a stylish Faux Suede Moto Sweater Jacket and saving $74.75! I wanted to save an additional $20 but had issues applying for their credit card due to a system error.”

“If you're a businessperson who wears women's suits, this is THE place to get them. This Macys has a HUGE selection of nice, affordable suits from several different brands. The other local Macys tend to only have a couple racks of mismatched women's suits, but this one has - gosh, probably 50 racks? 100 racks?? Literally like 1/4 of a whole floor is dedicated to women's workwear and suits. Absolutely worth the trip out here - you WILL find something!!!”

“I visited the watch and jewelry department in October 2023. The selection is a pretty good size with both new and pre owned watches. They have Piaget, Franck Muller, and Hermes watches as well as used Rolexes, omega, Breitling, and Cartier. I didn't look at the jewellery much, but the selection is also very nice with some high end pieces. I was assisted by Laila and she is very kind and helpful. I looked at a couple Rolexes and they were all in decent shape and at market prices. They even have a gold Patek that is incredible. If I decide to get a Piaget, I would get it from here. Hermes and Franck Mueller are the 2 main brands though.”

“Seriously some of the best customer service I've ever had. It's just a vans store... I've had vans for decades, and IMO they're just standard shoes/clothes. But I took my kid here to find some shoes today, and the two women working had it on lock down. They were fantastic-- and I was so impressed with their attitudes towards the customers (which there were MANY) and ability to keep everything flowing. My kid tried on several pairs since he's in between sizes right now, and they were just so incredibly sweet to him. They worked really well together and just created a nice atmosphere. Thank you so much for staffing such amazing people. They definitely stuck out to us as exceptional.”
