The staff was great, I was seen at my appointment time, I didn't have to wait that long in the exam room, and Dr. K was awesome.I was listened to, not rushed, and so happy that I've found a great PCP who will be the quarterback for the team of doctors I have.Thank you!”
“I have been a patient of Dr. Ondash for several years. There are things I like about Premier Family Physicians and things I don't like. The negatives are the patient portal can be a little difficult to navigate at times and I don't always get timely responses to messages on the patient portal but frankly that is technology. The positive things have far outweighed the good. I have never called the office with a question that they didn't try to get me an honest and respectful answer. They have always tried to get me in when I was sick and always been flexible to schedule for regular appointments. The fact that I can get the blood work done in the office is a huge positive as well. I am in a mobility scooter and the less locations I have to go to the better for me. Then there is Dr. Ondash. He cares about his patients. Let me repeat that. He truly cares about his patients. I know he wants the best for me and for my family. He hears your concerns, There have been times I have been frustrated as there appears to be no end in site of a medical issue or I have felt not enough was being done to fix it only to find out that the least restrictive approach was the better approach for my health. It wasn't him not listening it had been me not listening and not asking enough questions. However when I did ask the questions the answers were given, and the dialogue led to medical care that was positive for me. So for me that is worth five stars.”
“Dr. Larson and the entire Euphora health team have been amazing. Truly the only primary care provider I’ve ever really liked, they always take time to listen, never rush you, and really make time to treat you and meet your needs/answer questions. I can’t recommend them highly enough. And as someone who’s self employed the direct primary care model they have really fits my budget and my personal needs”
“Great Experience! Walked in and sat in the lounge area and was immediately called back. The staff spent ample time with me but surprisingly the Nurse practitioner spent just as much time or more. They were prepared and very thorough. I was in and out no stress, no strain. Keep up the good work.”
“My mdvip doctor and services she provides are exceptional and worth every penny. I know that my needs/questions will be addressed within 24 hours. My physicals are extensive with one appointment dedicated to testing and one that's at least 1 1/2 hours of one on one review of all results. She makes written notes of my personal plan for the coming year that we develop together. This is the best investment in my health that I have ever made.”
“I've been seeing Dr Zamora for somewhere around 15 years. Everyone who works at his practice has gone to amazing lengths to serve my medical needs...including Dr Zamora himself. I can make appointments and be seen in less than 2 weeks. They draw blood on site,meaning one less medical professional I have to deal with. I can't think of a single problem I've had in the 12-15 years Dr Zamora has been family doctor.”

“We love our Doctor and his MA. If we can’t get in to see Dr. Michell Walton we don’t go. Which only happens sometimes if I’m trying to schedule appointment for the day of. They are worth the wait unless of course it’s an emergency than we will just go to the ER. And when we do get in to see Dr. Walton there is never a wait. They always get us checked in and in a room within minutes. Great place! Great staff! No complaints just all compliments from the time you arrive until you walk out the door! I tell everyone how amazing Family Access Health is.Dr. Jaya and Janet go above and beyond. They always respond very timely even though I know they are very busy. They work with me to help me find the cheapest location to get my prescription filled. They do follow up calls to see if my child is feeling better. I have never had such customer service with my child's sick visit. I highly recommend Family Access Health.”

“I'm rather horrified by the reviews here and I wouldn't use Yelp to find medical care (I was googling her name to get her phone #), but I wanted to give a good rating after reading some of the reviews.Dr. Swamy is an excellent doctor. Very thorough, kind, takes her time, gives good referrals. I've never had a problem with her office staff. They have been on it in regards to prescriptions and referrals. I feel lucky to be a patient here and my husband does too.”

“As you can see, I don't write reviews, but I needed to write this one. I can't thank Cristel (front-of-office) and Dr. Guerra enough for accommodating me the way they did today. I've got a nasty set of ear infections, and my current drops aren't working. We are going into the weekend when the office is closed, and I've been really stressed about worsening ear infections while solo parenting two young kids. I explained my situation to Cristel this morning and within 30 MINUTES (yes, you read that right!), Cristel and Dr. Guerra had called in new prescriptions. I was so overcome with how thorough and wonderful these are gals are, that I actually started to blubber with tears of joy over the phone. Seriously, ya'll, this is what good and wonderful healers can do for the planet. Heading now to H-E-B to grab my prescription. Hope the new brew works to heal me, but at least I know I can totally trust my physician and her staff to take care of me! Always a grateful patient!”

“I don't have any experience yet with any doctors or staff besides the pediatric team, but the pediatric team is AMAZING. We primarily see Dr. Thompson, and she is the loveliest. I have always felt like she really cares about my children and about me, too, even though I'm technically not her patient. When we first moved here, all my recommendations pointed me to Beansprouts, but they didn't take my insurance at the time. We have since changed insurance groups and I could go to Beansprouts now (I'm sure they are great), but I don't want to leave my pediatric doctors at Premier Family! I would recommend them to anyone. I've also never had any issues with reception/front desk. They are pleasant and easy to work with in terms of scheduling.”
