God forbid you need a medication refill when your doctor is on vacation. You will not receive adequate care. It’s not fair as a patient to wait on hold 45 minutes +, call 3 times from the morning until 4 pm and no one help you. Disappointment.

I had a great experience at this facility. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, especially Dr. Serena Hon. Would highly recommend her as a primary care provider!
