“Dr. Asha Lall and the entire team at Euphora Health are wonderful! I work in healthcare, so tend to be pretty picky. Dr. Lall is thoughtful, patient, and incredibly intelligent. And, she puts her brain to work for her patients. She's helped me immensely, takes a root cause approach, and really thinks about the entire patient when it comes to health. In my opinion, she's also a beautiful mix of traditional internal medicine and integrative medicine. She's knowledgable across the spectrum and thoughtful in her approach. She's quick to offer OTC and home remedies for ailments. But, she also politely and diplomatically tells me when I need to consider taking antibiotics. She's also efficient when it comes to treatments and their costs. She was able to swap me from 2 injectable and 1 oral med that were all pricey for BHRT to a simple birth control pill that is free with my insurance. I also have a chronic condition that was dormant and has flared back up. She's been so patient and so kind with my angsty self. I truly feel fortunate that she's my doctor. I feel like we are partners in my health!And, the whole team at Euphora is great. They are all friendly and patient-focused. It's a wonderful place to get care.”

“We love our Doctor and his MA. If we can’t get in to see Dr. Michell Walton we don’t go. Which only happens sometimes if I’m trying to schedule appointment for the day of. They are worth the wait unless of course it’s an emergency than we will just go to the ER. And when we do get in to see Dr. Walton there is never a wait. They always get us checked in and in a room within minutes. Great place! Great staff! No complaints just all compliments from the time you arrive until you walk out the door! “I have been a patient of Dr. Ondash for several years. There are things I like about Premier Family Physicians and things I don't like. The negatives are the patient portal can be a little difficult to navigate at times and I don't always get timely responses to messages on the patient portal but frankly that is technology. The positive things have far outweighed the good. I have never called the office with a question that they didn't try to get me an honest and respectful answer. They have always tried to get me in when I was sick and always been flexible to schedule for regular appointments. The fact that I can get the blood work done in the office is a huge positive as well. I am in a mobility scooter and the less locations I have to go to the better for me. Then there is Dr. Ondash. He cares about his patients. Let me repeat that. He truly cares about his patients. I know he wants the best for me and for my family. He hears your concerns, There have been times I have been frustrated as there appears to be no end in site of a medical issue or I have felt not enough was being done to fix it only to find out that the least restrictive approach was the better approach for my health. It wasn't him not listening it had been me not listening and not asking enough questions. However when I did ask the questions the answers were given, and the dialogue led to medical care that was positive for me. So for me that is worth five stars.”

Very thorough, kind, takes her time, gives good referrals. I've never had a problem with her office staff. They have been on it in regards to prescriptions and referrals. I feel lucky to be a patient here and my husband does too.”

“As you can see, I don't write reviews, but I needed to write this one. I can't thank Cristel (front-of-office) and Dr. Guerra enough for accommodating me the way they did today. I've got a nasty set of ear infections, and my current drops aren't working. We are going into the weekend when the office is closed, and I've been really stressed about worsening ear infections while solo parenting two young kids. I explained my situation to Cristel this morning and within 30 MINUTES (yes, you read that right!), Cristel and Dr. Guerra had called in new prescriptions. I was so overcome with how thorough and wonderful these are gals are, that I actually started to blubber with tears of joy over the phone. Seriously, ya'll, this is what good and wonderful healers can do for the planet. Heading now to H-E-B to grab my prescription. Hope the new brew works to heal me, but at least I know I can totally trust my physician and her staff to take care of me! Always a grateful patient!”

“I don't have any experience yet with any doctors or staff besides the pediatric team, but the pediatric team is AMAZING. We primarily see Dr. Thompson, and she is the loveliest. I have always felt like she really cares about my children and about me, too, even though I'm technically not her patient. When we first moved here, all my recommendations pointed me to Beansprouts, but they didn't take my insurance at the time. We have since changed insurance groups and I could go to Beansprouts now (I'm sure they are great), but I don't want to leave my pediatric doctors at Premier Family! I would recommend them to anyone. I've also never had any issues with reception/front desk. They are pleasant and easy to work with in terms of scheduling.”
