“I needed a part to connect my new shower head. I had been to several places with no answers or much help.Glad I came here. The service tech went above and beyond to assist me and did not try to up sell me on the available shower heads there. He tried to correct my problem. We found the issue of it being an import item on Amazon and figured out it was not made for our plumbing here. He advised me what to do, and I went on my way to return this back to Amazon.I will definitely be back for any future purchases for my house.”

“We had heard on local and national news that there was a shortage of fresh Christmas trees, and if you could find one, it would be so expensive you couldn't afford it. NO! We went into the Bellmead Home Depot and found a good selection of trees. When we selected one the worker offered to load it into the truck for us. When I went to pay for the tree it was $3 more than last year. Don't listen to the doom and gloom newscasters. Go out, find your fragrant fresh tree, and enjoy the holidays! We certainly will, thanks to Home Depot.”

“Me and my boyfriend came in, and we're having the worst trouble with a hotspot. The assistant manager JT was the best person we could have talked to. He walked us through everything, and provided help that calmed us down because we were a little upset with the hotspot. If I could rate this best buy and their employees, i would do a 12/10! Awesome customer service, and we will be coming here for anything we ever purchase!”
