“The place was cool it had lots of stuff if you're wanting to you know build a house on a lower budget. We weren't looking to build a house we were just looking to see if they had any cool stuff but none of it was really up to our standards in the sense of we are picky and not building a house. They had some clothes but the clothes were expensive and weren't very cool unless you were into sports jerseys. It also was very hot in there. Like all the doors were open and there was giant fans on but it was very very hot and Texas gets hot yknowwayinsayin. ;-).”

“For shipping and receiving go to this address 6234 Bagby Ave Waco Texas. It’s around back of building but must follow this address which is only one minute away.Arrived on time. Guard shack was very friendly which is rare. Got to receiving was super friendly and was given a door within minutes. Started getting unloaded less then 5 min in door. Very please to give this company a 5 star review which is super rare for me. Good job tractor supply keep up the good work. Ps give your employees a raise they deserve it :)”

“My wife called the day before and was told the insulation blower machine would be returned by 11am the next day. This machine is free when you buy 20 or more of the blow in insulation. I have been trying to get this machine since 7/18. We always calling and checking both stores near us. I arrived before 1030am and was told the Pro desk was closed that day and to go to the Returns desk. was standing in that line at 1030am. 10 minutes later I was next and asked about the machine. The cashier told me that it wasn't back yet and it was due back at 11am. Told him I would wait. The customer returns it right at 11am. As I am waiting another customer come up at 1105am and say he wants to rent the machine. this machine is first come first serve. This person says he's been waiting since 530am and talking up a story about how he is losing OT and stuff. The store doesn't open till 6am. He claims he's been at the Pro desk all morning which he wasn't there when I walked in and checked. The cashier said I was there first. Guy starts getting upset. Tells the cashier get a manager. The manager on the phone describe me as waiting for the machine. Manager finally comes up and says oh well he's been waiting for it all morning. I said this is not right and it's first come first serve. I told them both he was not at the Pro desk as he claimed and I was first at the service desk. Also said store doesn't open till 6am. Manager was not following their own rules and seem like she knew him and was giving him the I know you BS. Worst store and manager with her BS. Cashiers and other employees were helpful and courteous though.”

“Home depot is my favorite place to go for home repair stuff. I've had many issues over the years but they have usually taken of care of the problems. The only thing is, I would say some of the employees need more training on some products.”

“I enjoyed watching many dog owners arrive with their pets (dogs wagging their tails) greeted by the cashiers at entrance (as if they recognized them) & walked to the back I assume to the pet department. I don't buy usually, but I purchased smallest Jerky sweet hot snack they had varieties by register. Delicious! Very friendly customer service by young lady & gentleman. Thumbs up! First time there.”

“We had heard on local and national news that there was a shortage of fresh Christmas trees, and if you could find one, it would be so expensive you couldn't afford it. NO! We went into the Bellmead Home Depot and found a good selection of trees. When we selected one the worker offered to load it into the truck for us. When I went to pay for the tree it was $3 more than last year. Don't listen to the doom and gloom newscasters. Go out, find your fragrant fresh tree, and enjoy the holidays! We certainly will, thanks to Home Depot.”

“Mandy Hunt helped my husband and I at the Lubbock store. Mandy was so helpful. We had a type of tile in mind for our backsplash. She helped us search and search until we found some we liked. She also helped us find a picture of the tile installed, which was very important to us. She was helpful, but not pushy. She really knows her products. She has a wealth of knowledge. The showroom is the most pleasing one in Lubbock. This is a hidden gem. Between the showroom and Mandy's help, this was the best experience in Lubbock.....and we have searched them out. Thank you, Mandy.”
