“One guy out of 3 staff members was a very good salesman. He was helping a friend, offering me extras beyond what my question was for one other saleswoman. The other man just sat off to the side quietly. If they could make 3 of the first salesman, the store would be doing great all the time. Another suggestion I would like to make is to have prices of any kind on any of their accessories. I felt they just requested whatever they felt like offering and I hate to ask for each and every item i was interested in. Chose not to buy anything extra because of this.”

“I visited this location a few weeks ago looking for a wall charger for a dinosaur laptop. I had tried the big box stores and other locations known for having electronics that could possibly help. I didn’t get much of anything other than someone trying to sell me a new laptop. I have a new model MacBook that I use regularly. I needed to charge the old laptop in order to get some music that I had downloaded to it from a cd. The disc is nowhere to be found so my only way to get that music was from the laptop. I walked in and was greeted by Josh. I told him what I was needing and he went through several plastic bins that contained different styles and design chargers. He was able to find one that worked with my laptop. The service I received was great and I couldn’t thank Josh enough for his help. Not once did he try to sell me anything and instead focused on what I was looking for. Thank you so much Josh. Sorry it took so long for me to post this review. This business deserves local business as well as anyone who is in the area. Again thank you Josh and Computer Giant!!”
“Needed my charging port cleaned on my iPhone because I work in a dirty environment and have to get it done sometimes. The owner was extremely nice, sociable, and fun to talk to while he cleaned it. “I was experiencing problems w my iPhone. I thought I had taken too many pictures or something. Jorge came over and assisted me. He calmed me down and looked into the problems I was having. He looked and after a bit found I didn't have much memory left after the recent update. After helping to fix the problem he reminded me that it was a temporary fix that would probably only last till the next update or so. He found a promo where I could get a new iPhone for a minimal charge. I was very fortunate. Both him and the manager were very understanding. I am grateful.
