“One guy out of 3 staff members was a very good salesman. He was helping a friend, offering me extras beyond what my question was for one other saleswoman. The other man just sat off to the side quietly. If they could make 3 of the first salesman, the store would be doing great all the time. Another suggestion I would like to make is to have prices of any kind on any of their accessories. I felt they just requested whatever they felt like offering and I hate to ask for each and every item i was interested in. Chose not to buy anything extra because of this.”

“Needed my charging port cleaned on my iPhone because I work in a dirty environment and have to get it done sometimes. The owner was extremely nice, sociable, and fun to talk to while he cleaned it. “I was experiencing problems w my iPhone. I thought I had taken too many pictures or something. Jorge came over and assisted me. He calmed me down and looked into the problems I was having. He looked and after a bit found I didn't have much memory left after the recent update. After helping to fix the problem he reminded me that it was a temporary fix that would probably only last till the next update or so. He found a promo where I could get a new iPhone for a minimal charge. I was very fortunate. Both him and the manager were very understanding. I am grateful. “Five Star to the AT&T Bosque store in Waco. After being turned away at the Bellmead store by a worker (short fat Hispanic female) that they do not have AT&T Wi-Fi so she sent me to the Waco store off Bosque Rd; I wasn't a sale but there to transfer my data to the replacement phone so obviously she did not want to help. I was there about 30 min before anyone asked why I was there. So, great work to the Waco Bosque Rd store (tall African American female) she had me in and out within 30min last night 10/05/23; great personality, do keep her employed and give her a raise.”
