In addition to clothing and shoes, Macy's also carries a wide variety of housewares, gifts, and furniture in select stores. Customers praise the store's wide range of products for the whole family, from perfumes and cosmetics to purses, bags, sandals, and furniture. However, some have expressed frustration with the broken escalators and the difficulty in finding associates for assistance. The Chanel counter at Macy's is particularly noteworthy, with Zunita providing excellent customer service, being informative and patient. Additionally, the electronics department has been praised for its fast-charging cables, making it a convenient option for customers. Overall, Macy's is a beloved department store that offers a diverse selection of high-quality products and, in some cases, exceptional customer service.
